went to order an ice cream cone at the speaker box someone picked up and then went quiet for two minutes came back didn’t even know they had possibly taken my order when I got to the order window. The employee did not have my order and when I asked for ice cream cone, he went over yelled out for an ice cream cone walked over to make it and made it incorrectly shoved it in a cup, and a hand to me like it was OK. it killed the mood. I ended up, just throwing it away and driving off.

Nice store with friendly employees. Self-service drink station and self order kiosks are open. New bakery items are available also. Lobby tables were dirty.

The drive thru attendant today, 9/18/25 at 7 am gave me my food and started walking away. I asked her for got sauce and intended to ask for my receipt but she walked away immediately. When she came back with the hot sauce, i asked for my receipt. She said, with an attitude, “you gotta tell me what you want all at once instead of …” I told her she walked away too fast the first time and she started mumbling idk what as she walked away. I will not be returning here. Why was it such a task to give me my receipt? Should I not be allowed to have the proof of my purchase? A bare minimum request and giving attitude…

The experience I had at the McDonald’s on 45th St. was so terrible that it made me physically sick. As I began eating my food, I noticed that the fries had black spots on them which was a huge red flag. I took a picture of them and was completely bewildered as to what the black stuff could be. To make matters worse, the bread was hard and the cheeseburger was dry. The meat also tasted like it was spoiled which immediately made me lose my appetite. I didn’t even finish my meal before I started throwing up and having a bellyache. I asked my sister if she had the same issues as me, and unfortunately, she did. Even though it wasn’t busy, it took them 10 minutes to give me my order which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, the experience was so bad that I will never eat at that McDonald’s location again.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
After waiting 20 minutes for an Iced Caramel Coffee, I had to go up to the counter to ask about it. Only then did the employee go into the kitchen and hand it to me. It was an extremely hot day, which is why I really wanted something cold and refreshing. However, the coffee had no ice at all. It tasted awful—honestly, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I was extremely disappointed. If I hadn’t gone up to ask for it, I probably never would’ve received it. I took one sip and threw it straight in the trash. On such a hot day, that coffee felt like a bomb in my stomach. It didn’t even have caramel, just plain coffee with barely any sugar.

I’m so disappointed with this location I been in line for over 10 min the lady told me to get my app ready she’ll back to me and never got back it’s like she forgot I was in line 1 another car pulls up in line 2 and the girl took his order I had to drive around I was really upset they need to do better !
