Reviews
1. This is the very first McDonald’s that I’ve visited multiple times, and the attitude of the drive-thru gentleman who always happens to service attitude never changes. His name I just found out today is Garfield, and he keeps a positive energy, which I found to be very consistent with every visit that I can recall.
2. The lady who gives the food at the end. I don’t recall her name, but she’s always nice.
3. This 3rd reason is for the 4-star review. I have never stepped foot inside this place, so I am unaware of the cleanliness and the service provided. I can only rate my drive-thru experience.
I visited with two children and ordered three meals (two Happy Meals and one combo for myself). None of the meals came with any sauces. When I asked for Ranch and BBQ, the employee spoke to me with a very rude attitude, making faces and using a disrespectful tone. She insisted I had to pay for extra sauces, even though my order was clearly for three people and I had only received two sauces. When I asked to speak to the manager, another woman came over acting as if she was in charge. She did not greet me, did not listen to my explanation, and did not apologize. She whispered something to the employee and handed her a random sauce — not the one I asked for. The employee then came back with more attitude and said, “This is what she gave me.”
Later, I approached the actual manager, who was polite, surprised, and professional. He confirmed that:
• my meals should have included sauces,
• what happened should not have happened,
• everything is clearly recorded on the cameras,
• and the woman who acted like a manager is NOT a manager.
So not only was I treated poorly, but the staff also lied to me and misrepresented their roles. That is unacceptable.
As a mother visiting with young children, I felt disrespected and mistreated for no reason. This location needs serious attention to customer service and staff behavior.
