The General Manager, Kayser, went above and beyond for me when I asked if I could get a few specific changeable happy meal toys.
She works incredibly hard and as I watched and I could tell that she runs a very well oiled machine. She moves faster than anyone and knows exactly what’s going on.
This is probably one of the best McDonalds I’ve ever been too, it’s where I get my Diet Coke’s and the fountain is always spot on.
Thank you again for going so far above for a customer, I really appreciate it.

This place is NASTY all around trash filled up, tables dirty all of them. I had a horrible dinning experience Saturday me and my kids were having dinner, when I was going to eat a bunch of fries I found a hair in them!!! It was disgusting at this point I wanted to throw up.
Also none of the employees wear hair nets, you got the manager walking around with long hair without wearing a hair net. I wouldn’t be surprise if I ate a hair and didn’t realize it. This McDonald’s location needs work. The manager also made me and my husband go through the trash to find the receipt and return all the food to be able to provide a refund. Management is horrible, if me or my husband would have been injured going through the trash this would have been a big lawsuit. The owner needs to take action before something worse happens. Horrible management. And as I am reading a review it looks like I wasn’t the only person this happened to, disgusting!!!!

The only way the staff members that were working the drive thru at 12:15am on 12.5.25 could do a worse job would be if they superglued the drive-thru windows shut.
They didnt seem to know what was going on, and had me waiting for a good 5-7 minutes for a bag that was sitting in front of me on the other side of the window while they huddled behind the machines chatting.
This is why people are being replaced by technology, and even worse, its why a lot of us won’t feel bad about it when robots start handing us our food at the drive-thru instead of a distracted human.

The last few weeks have been a mess at this McDonalds. On Saturday the burgers were terrible. It made me sick to my stomach, literally. The chicken nuggets had been there for a while and I ordered at 12:30p. I returned today and forgot to order fries. I was rudely told they don’t take orders at the window. Good luck you nasty people. We have been good customers for years but I will not be returning to this McDonalds location.
Update: Finally decided to give them another chance and it was worse than the last time. The fries were undercooked. They did not allow us to get the sauces requested and said ketchup counts as a sauce. They always make you pull in to the numbered spaces to wait while we observed the employee having a personal conversation about a customer as waited with no one in line behind us. I’m afraid to taste the food because we expressed dissatisfaction. If we get sick I will continue the update. This will be the last time at that McDonalds.

This place doesn’t deserve even a one star if I can give a zero I would I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget and french fries everything was ice cold at 12:30 AM. You would think they wouldn’t be that busy that they would be able to warm up the food what are they doing? The Night Shift guy, taking the orders mumbled through the headset, expecting people to understand what he’s saying properly put the headset on and learn how to speak through the takeout window. By all means This is a horrible location for McDonald’s. They need to straighten out their act. A rip off of $14 for cold food.

This location is embarrassing. The teenagers they have working at the drive through windows are incredibly rude and incompetent. They don’t even speak to you or respond when you speak to them. I get that this is McDonald’s and the standards are not very high, but at least hire people that can open their mouth and speak rather than stare at you like you’re speaking a foreign language.

This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. It took 40 minutes to prepare a simple mobile order. The restaurant was empty, the staff were chatting at the kitchen with a disrespectful attitude, not caring for customers waiting for their food. The location is nice and convenient, but lack of management and care for customers make this location very unpleasant.

“Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The hamburger was way too salty, practically inedible. The drink machine was broken, so I couldn’t even get a refill to wash it down without dealing with impatient front counter. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude—zero customer service. Avoid this place!”

I would like to share something very disheartening regarding this particular McDonalds. My Dad, a veteran of the United States Navy received a notification of restaurants offering veterans free meals on Veterans Day which included McDonalds. Today, on of all days, Veterans Day, my Dad visited this particular McDonalds to take advantage of McDonald’s offer for a free meal. After ordering his meal my Dad presented his DD214 showing he was a military veteran and mentioned the free meal being offered to veterans. The cashier immediately responded that their particular location was not taking part in the offer to honor veterans. What an absolute disgrace!!!!!! Please do not patronize this particular McDonalds which obviously does not care about the sacrifice that our military veterans make so that they can have the freedom to flip burgers for pay.
On a side note, I couldn’t leave a review with no stars or I would have.
