The place was completely empty, yet the tables were filthy. I overheard the manager ask an employee if he washed his hands after using the restroom, and he casually said no. At first, I thought it was a joke—until I looked around. Given how dirty the dining area was, it suddenly didn’t seem like one. If the staff can’t keep tables clean in an empty restaurant, I seriously doubt personal hygiene is a priority here either.

I don’t understand how hard it is to get an order right. Every time I order they somehow get my food wrong or it’s cold. Some people are nice but sometimes I’ll go through and they have the biggest attitudes and it’s so hard to keep my mouth shut

Drive thru customer service needs improvement especially when orders are made incorrectly but charged correctly. This McDonald’s is over pricing their items compared to other locations. And this is the first location not to offer Veterans anything on Veterans Day!!
