Thousand of TONS of salt on the fries today, horrible, inedible, I couldn’t return it back because I was already far away.
This is unacceptable!

Mind blowing.
I waited 30 minutes to place an order and waited an additional 20 minutes for it.
The team members are not hospitable and the manager.couldn’t care any less.
I encourage the owner of this franchise or the general manager to do a secret shop visit anytime after 6:30 PM And you will see that this location is consistently under performing.

The weekend crew here is terrible. Can’t take or get orders right. Tell them 4 times “no sugar” then you get it anyway. Then you have to wait almost 15 minutes to get a simple sandwich and iced coffee – with an attitude. The menu at this place is too big. They can’t handle it and the service is terrible. I’m just going to eat at home and not bother with this anymore.

Absolutely horrid service after paying for my food. Had to park for them to make my sandwich which was completely fine, but it does not take 15 minutes from the time I was handed my receipt. I was given my order after walking inside and waiting another 5. Upon checking the bag, there are pickles on my plain sandwich. They make me a new one, and the lady with my sandwich asks, who I presume to be the cook, if its plain, and they confirmed. When I get home, there is pickles on my sandwich for the SECOND time. I was also left without the sweet and sour sauce that I asked for. Your employees are irrefutably lackadaisical and I would not recommend this Mcdonalds to a single friend or family member. Your service is beyond subpar. I understand that we all have our days, however I can’t justify it because it is every single time . Every single time I come to this Mcdonalds there is an issue.

Never do fast food. Heading out and nothing much open. Did not like the kiosk so as reading the menu sweet young female employee walked over to take our order. Filled it quickly and wasn’t too bad!

Two employess. Friday at 9:30 pm. My order was #745. Took almost 15 minutes for 70% of the order to arrive. No matter how hard these poor workers try, they will not succeed. This is exploitation. And they even smiled to my kids -I really appreciate you!
