Understaffed in the “dining room”. The business model is, “give them their bag and hope they leave”. The priority is electronic order and drive through and please just leave! The napkin dispenser(one) is always empty. Management does not allow it to be filled. I learned this from their “WE CARE” hot line. This dismal review applies to both Weston stores at Indian Trace and Weston road, because they are managed by the same “ WE CARE” team. The positive reviews can’t be real. I am appalled that McDonalds corporation tolerate this in Weston, Florida.

STAY AWAY!!! One of the worst Drive-thru experiences I have had in a long time. First of all the wait to order was almost 15 minutes. Then it took them 5 minutes to bring out the food. The nuggets are ice cold. The fries are cold like they haven’t even been sitting under the heat lamp. What was the point of the 20 minute wait!!? I was expecting fresh food!!

Food great as usual but my 2 BBQ packets were missing. Had to park since I went through the drive-thru and had to go inside. Of course, no one said hi no one said, can I help you no one even looked at me. So I reach behind the counter and grabbed the packets and left. I guess this McDonald’s believes in self-service all the way. Next time I’ll go in the kitchen myself and make my own burger.

If you want to use the ordering machines, you need to pick up you food in the front counter. They don’t bring the food to your table as they used to! You can see that In the picture attached! There’s no people who works there outside the kitchen. Thumbs down for this kind of services!

It’s McDonald’s. It’s a nice one but it is what it is. The food is usually ok and the employees are nice. One of the busiest ones in south Florida, usually a drive thru line no matter what time it is. And like everywhere else it’s gotten WAY overpriced.

My kids goes to school in the area. So sometimes before or after school they love to go to this specific location, because the food comes out fast! And it’s always spotless clean here!
