I visited this restaurant approximately a week before tonight and when I got home I noticed that my French Fri box was not but half way full so I called and spoke with the manager and she said that they would give me a free order of fries whenever I returned again so when my family and myself decided that we wanted McDonald’s for dinner we proceeded to go through the drive thru and I told her about my prior experience and asked if I could get the fries that were owed to me and she had a REALLY BAD ATTITUDE so I drove around to the window that you pay for your order and she tried to charge me for the fries so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and said that she filled the fries herself during my last visit and she also had a REALLY BAD ATTITUDE!!!! Me and my family were on our way home and my daughter reached into her 10 piece chicken McNuggets box and she took out 2 chicken nuggets that looked like someone had taken a bite from both of them. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and she said NOBODY BIT OFF OF YOUR NUGGETS BRING THEM BACK UP HERE NOW AND I WILL REPLACE THEM 2, I was already half way home and my sister whom has cancer is really ready to get home so I will come back when I come back to town and she said that she will write my name down for a 6 piece nugget. I have the pictures of the nuggets and I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER WHO WAS SO RUDE TO ME. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT, IS THAT DIFFERENT NOW DAYS THAN IT WAS ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO????? PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS QUESTION ‍♀️

Horrible service. I have never been to a McDonald’s this bad. I order a Qtr pounder cheese with a frappe. I went to the second window and she wanted to argue and say I didn’t order a frappe I ordered a latte. I can see her through the window saying I’m not dealing with that. What type of workers do you have? I come to eat my meal and the mayonnaise is expired I put it on my sandwich and I can’t even eat it. My fries were not even full and on top of that, they were cold. As someone who used to be a manager at McDonald this unacceptable. Here is proof that I didn’t even eat it. Like look at that mayonnaise. I want to speak to a manager tomorrow morning.

Evening and night staff very unprofessional. Poor Customer Service and the employees do not care about the customers. I had a Employee got mad at me, because I asked for my orders to be put in separate bags. She proceeded to throw my items in the bags. Also they did not fill my fry container up I had upgraded my meals. They filled my fry container up like a medium. Gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets. Every time I go there, it’s a problem. And the Shift managers allow it to go on. It’s no accountability shown for their actions. I’m to the point, I don’t care to go give them my business anymore. The owner really needs to clean house because it’s unacceptable at all. And I’m not the only one that has complaints about this McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 number 8..btw said it 3 different times because she couldn’t get it right!!! Still got wrong order!!! Got 2 number 9 so asked for my order. This is their biscuit and gravy that I ordered. Clearly not 2 biscuits just one cut open and where in the world is my gravy. !!!! I should have kept the wrong order. Went there my mom’s burger had hair on it when I told the person at the window she said “ hair “ as in I was lying. Once they receive the burger back and saw that it had hair on it they proceeded to say pull forward . We waited up there for almost 30 minutes just for a McDouble with Mac sauce and lettuce ..

I just wanted something little so I ordered a kid’s meal hamburger with a medium coke. I didn’t know that the toy was a Disney “100” anniversary so of course I loved it. It didn’t take long. My food was hot.
