Warning place to avoid! The fries are not fully cooked to the time required. They would have failed inspection not once but 2 times. This is the second time in one week that I have received undercooked French fries at this location. Not helping McDonald’s. But there is always a problem when ordering from here. I mean it when I say every time. Time to take my business elsewhere!!!! I have had enough. Maybe they can’t read the time or order. I have no clue, why!!!! It happens in the drive thru and by going inside.

The customer service at this location is consistently unacceptable. Orders are frequently prepared incorrectly, and after 9 p.m. staff routinely claim they have no ice cream or shakes available. In the drive‑thru, only one of the two lanes is typically serviced, especially during evening hours, causing unnecessary delays.
Inside the store, customers are often ignored at the counter. Employees walk past without acknowledging guests, and it can take several minutes before anyone is willing to take an order—often with a noticeably poor attitude. The overall operation is disorganized and poorly managed.
The staff appears to lack basic customer service training, and the experience is consistently disappointing. Three out of five visits resukt in issues, I now have to drive two miles to Burger King, to get jce cream or myborder just right.
I wold say poor management has been happening for at least the last year. This location urgently needs leadership, accountability, and proper training.

I have definitely come to this McDonald’s and had rude cashiers, but this is not the case! They really seemed to have gotten things right and both employees were super kind and helpful. Very encouraged by my recent experiences!! Also girl with braces is always so nice and very pretty!

This place is good and people working here are regular McDonald’s employees. Nothing fancy, nothing above and beyond, you get what you supposed to get in a McDonald’s. Not sure why people put 1-2 star reviews. The place is always busy and no 1 star review will stop people from coming in. Enjoy the French fries and the fast food people…

I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The restrooms were clean, the service was fast, and the entire staff was friendly the whole time. It’s nice to see a location that takes care of both the customers and the store. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area.

Its McDonald’s, what else is there to say food is mediocre, but depends on the temperature of the food. The fries were incredible fresh. But the nuggets were not as fresh. Therefore my experience was okay. However, I can say the manager did know how to get food out. Kudos to her.

Our family likes this McDonalds and it is in a good spot for us to stop to eat or drive through.
The prices are are a little higher than usual but we can still afford to go there to bring the kids after school and for a quick snack before or after their soccer games and our cousins boxing events and other nearby trips we take in the area.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese and no bun (thought i clicked mcdouble). They forgot the meat part which is all I wanted. At least they could have asked me about my order instead of assuming and yelling at eachother in back. I wish I could upload the video here. For the money I spent, I had nothing to eat.

Very frequent customer here. 2nd day of monopoly promotion and they stopped giving out the stickers. That kind of hurt. Only thing keeps me coming back is the manager, who always makes sure I’m happy.
