This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and unfortunately the experience has been the same. I always place my order at least 15 minutes in advance, yet when I arrive I still have to wait because the order hasn’t been prepared.
I understand there can be busy times, but if the system allows ordering ahead, the estimated times should be respected. It’s frustrating to arrive on time and see that the order hasn’t even been started.
I hope they can improve their organization and time management.

This is my local McDonald’s. I’m not sure if management has changed but it is not the same. The service is slow. The order is not always correct. Some of the workers do not speak english. I’ve had several orders from this restaurant where items were missing or incorrect. On top of that, I’ve had to go inside to pick up my food instead of having it brought out, even though I’m charged the higher delivery or service fees. Can you please explain why I’m paying these fees if I have to do the pickup myself—and what can be done to fix this issue going forward?

I went to McDonald’s to pick up a breakfast order, and when I arrived they told me it was not possible. I placed the order well before the breakfast hours ended, yet once I got there they said they couldn’t make it.
This is very disrespectful, especially after I drove all the way there. The person at the drive-thru window was rude and disrespectful, and they offered no solution at all.
Overall, it was a total disaster.

It’s shame! Been coming to this McDonald’s for the last 15 years with absolutely no problems. Came into the lobby to pick up a breakfast order at about 10 am. I had placed this order through their app 6 minutes before. I patiently waited an additional 15 minutes before inquiring about my order. The young lady at the counter says to me and another gentleman in Spanish “we are backed up and you are going to have to wait, if you don’t want to wait cancel your order”. At that point I did try to cancel my order but app clearly stated it could not be cancelled because the order was already sitting on the counter just needed to be handed to me which she refused to do and walked away from the counter as I began to tell another associate what was going on. I asked for her name so I could call corporate and file a complaint instead I was handed a card belonging to the manager and after asking several more time for her name was told it was Isabel. Will never be going there again.

Service between 5am and 8 am is not good . Food is always old. The bread on my sandwich is hard. Hash browns are cold cold. You order a large coffee and it’s not hot and missing alot of coffee I side. They pour a medium size in a large cup and charge you for a large. Outside taking for ever to get my order. Waiting and waiting for someone to get my order

If you’re on your way to work, do not stop at this location. You will probably be stuck in a drive-thru line for 17 min. It’s not like we have anywhere to be. All to also be served cold food.
