Second time we ordered food from this McDonald’s through Ubereats and first time the order was cancelled because the “order could not be fulfilled” and we had to ask for a refund, and now we are missing items from our order. We have all uninstalled the Ubereats app and suggest that McDonald’s begin using a more reliable delivery service!!!

in the daytime this McDonald’s is normal. The workers are competent and know how to do their job. I just came here at 10 P.m. just a word advice fire whatever woman was working there at that time because clearly she doesn’t know how to do her job and shouldn’t be getting paid absolutely anything because she doesn’t deserve it because she doesn’t do her job other than that, everything is fine.

I’m very disappointed with the table service at this McDonald’s. I placed my order using the “Table Service” option and clearly entered my table number, but no one ever brought the food to my table. After waiting for a long time, I had to go to the counter myself to ask about it, and they simply handed me the bag without any apology or explanation. What’s the point of offering table service if the staff doesn’t follow through? Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not the experience I expected.
