Bestie and I came to get our Jack Jibbies! The lady at the counter was so nice about it, she let is feel the bags before choosing one because we want “The Boss” BUT they are blind bags and we couldn’t tell. We ended up getting the same one. I appreciate her for doing that for us though! The deluxe meal box is $16 but it comes with a double chicken sandwich, 2 crunchy tacos, curly fries and a large drink. I only ate the tacos and the tries. It’s too much food.

Honestly I came here at 4 am on Oct 28 and Bri was the sweetest happiest person I’ve ever seen working thay shift at a fast food/drive thru! Shes awesome and definitely deserves recognition and a raise!!

Inside was disgusting. Soda is everywhere by the soda machine, most of tables were not wiped off. The cashier/lobby attendant was just standing around. The trash is overflowing. The food was okay!

Ordered online. Got my meal fine when I picked it up. Got home to eat a spicy chicken sandwich and found that the bun had black mold on it! Went back to the store to let their manager know and apparently they had no manager at the store. Young lady working that helped me was nice and replaced my sandwich for me. But that’s the only good experience I had from this. Made me absolutely sick to my stomach to know I took a bite out of moldy bread!

edit: they reached out and called saying they “checked the cameras” and the box was filled. Accusing us of lying. but they wouldn’t know unless they got the info on my specific order/receipt number (which they did not request) and watch that entire exact order be made. like friend, who has time to lie about some fries?

This Jack in the Box is inside a gas station, and unfortunately the quality reflects that. The food is consistently awful and poorly made, and honestly just nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Stopped by here tonight and purchased the wings for my daughter. When she took a bite , the wings were not cooked completely. This was disgusting.
