Then a manager specially on Thursday night it’s really really really unprofessional. All the workers are super cool and super really hard worker is just a manager manager’s really bad attitude and she doesn’t care about the customers again. I just had one of the worst fast-food experiences at your location. I ordered a cheeseburger with only onions and cheese, and what I got was a reheated mess. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours, barely melted, and the onions? I could probably count them on one hand—barely any at all.
But that wasn’t even the worst part. I also ordered a chicken sandwich, which was completely inedible. Whoever made it must have dumped an entire tub of mayo on it because it was drowning in the stuff. And the chicken? Tasted terrible—definitely not fresh. It had that weird, old-oil aftertaste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long.
And don’t even get me started on the fries. Not fresh, not hot, just sad, limp, and stale.
I don’t expect gourmet food from McDonald’s, but I at least expect my order to be fresh and correct. This was beyond disappointing, and I won’t be coming back if this is the standard.

First u tell me I can’t use my points or the app at all till after 7am. That it’s always been this way. N then I order the sausage mcmuffin. N get 1 4 a $1. N then u tell me $5 something n hand me my original order wat I first asked for. You guys need to communicate better with the customers. Frustrating.

Just had lunch here with my kids and the restaurant is so clean. There was even someone at the register ready to help, something that I feel is rare now in a lot of McDonalds since most have reverted to just using the electronic screen kiosks. The person at the register was kind and helped me with switching the happy meal toy to alternative toy and I was pleasantly surprise to see that it was a small book. Thank you for a great lunchtime today with my kids!

I go to this McDonald’s at least twice a week and every time I go there I have such a bad experience with the attitude this people have. If you try to say something through drive through they close the window in your face , they scream at you and the attitude it’s just disgusting. I requested to speak with a manager and I got this Cuban lady with long straight black hair who actually was worst than the employees . She was screaming at me so much I was out of words in disbelief. How is it possible that you have people like this working there?? They have no idea what customer service is about. God forbid you bring up a mistake they made.. I so stressed out right now , it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house but I’m gonna have to maybe go to Burger King from now on ..

I worked in the restaurant industry for 17 years. The service that I received on Saturday was horrible. This was from the supervisor” and manager. The big breakfast meal was tiny and cold. Horrible McDonald’s. Go to Burger King way more bang for your buck and food customer servicel..

I walked into this McDonald’s to find an empty lobby. You can hear the two managers gossiping. The self service machine didn’t give us the option to pay at counter so we hit the assist button. Although multiple workers saw us, no one walked up to us to assist us. After standing there for almost 5 minutes, people start to walk in and one of the ladies starts to take her order. I had asked her for assistance and despite knowing that we were at the lobby waiting on assistance, she continued to take other people’s order as they were coming in. I had no option to but to leave this location.
Awful acknowledgement of customers and lack of urgency. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I visited this McDonald’s in the morning last week and was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. The dining area, restrooms, and even the floors were spotless. I want to give a special thank you to the morning cleaning lady—her hard work and dedication really showed. It’s great to walk into a place that’s so well cared for. Thank you for your effort!

While the location itself was clean and well-run, I was disappointed by the way I heard Manager Ana speaking to the employees. It sounded harsh and unprofessional, and it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I believe everyone deserves respect at their workplace, and I hope the management can work on creating a more supportive environment.

This has been for sure the worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. I could not believe how the staff is being treated by the manager. They are being abused. I asked one of the employees why they are letting her treat them and scream at them like that and it broke my heart when she told me that she has no other job.
The food was very bad and I can imagine that the employees are not even motivated to give a good service. GET RID OF THAT MANAGER ASAP!!!!

Not too many McDonald’s can carry the badge of 5 stars, but this location has great service, fresh food, and nice remodel indoor atmosphere.
