DISGUSTING! they have employees sitting on the food counter where the food is being prepped and packaged. It took them 10 minutes to give me just a small fry because 4/5 of the employees was on their phone and chatting, and the other one was sitting on the counter zoned out.

Ate McDonald’s and immediately experienced character development. One minute I’m enjoying fries and nuggets, the next minute my soul leaves my body. Absolutely destroyed my stomach but WOW was it worth it. The food slapped so hard my digestive system waved the white flag. Fries crispy, burger delicious, consequences immediate. Would I eat it again? Without hesitation. Five stars because pain is temporary, McDonald’s is forever.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly inappropriate incident that occurred at your drive-thru today at approximately 11:40 AM.
My wife was placing an order and, upon reaching the first booth to make the payment, the male attendant working the window unprofessionally asked for her personal phone number. My wife immediately told him to be respectful and proceeded with the transaction, but we find this behavior completely unacceptable and predatory.
Employees should not use their position to solicit personal information from customers. This made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I expect this matter to be investigated and for the management to take the necessary disciplinary actions to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
I look forward to hearing how this situation will be addressed.

The problem is that there’s no quality control in this location. The other problem is the lack of concern from management. The short manager has literally no concern with the fact that items are being shorted in the customers bags at drive-in if you go to get something out of a drive-in at this location make sure you sit there in park and make sure everything is in the bag, correct if you look at the reviews on this place, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. You shouldn’t have to drive away for 3 miles to find out that half your order is missing and then have to drive back because there’s nobody in the store in the first place to check the order

Back in the day, macdonald’s used to have better services after the covid everything changed for worse sometimes sometimes they dont have toys for happy meals and now fountains drinks are remove from the dinning room if you want a refill you may not allowed to have it and now you have to order to the kiosk front counter human is barely available .

Friendly Staff, Cleaned lot properly, table’s are kept clean, organized well mannered / a good number of workers speak different languages / I noticed this staff speak English behind the counter which is preferred when customers are English speaking when ordering / it is rare in Miami Dade and they should be commended in keeping with CEO vision / a house divided leads to confusion and leads to argument / Buffalo NY should be aware / wallpaper is not appropriate because graffiti complains Mcronald’S 8998

They are getting so expensive. A mcdouble was raised to 6.00 Dollors. Just like that. Food taste never changed. But overall good place to eat.
