Reviews
1) the restaurant is small. It only has room for one ordering kiosk. If people are ahead of you, then you have to wait just to place an order, never mind actually getting your food. This problem doesn’t apply to using the drive-thru or to advance orders via the web or placed via the chain’s app.
2) The restaurant is expensive. A Filet ‘o Fish sandwich with a small piece of fish costs over 5 1/2 dollars. “Large” french fries , which aren’t very large, cost over 4 dollars.
Service is timely and friendly. Premises are clean.
Attention was excellent, they were extremely patient and kind to us.
However, seating is extremely limited—only two tables, and they’re almost always occupied. If you’re planning to sit down and enjoy your meal, you might be out of luck. The fries, unfortunately, didn’t live up to expectations—lacking that signature crispness.
If you’re in the area and craving McDonald’s, I’d recommend taking your order to go. For dine-in, there are better options around.

“fast food”. This Mcdonald’s needs a better management.
The food quality is noticeably lacking compared to international locations. In Russia, the burgers are fresher, better assembled, and taste closer to real ingredients. Here in the U.S., the burgers often seem rushed—sloppy with wilted lettuce, lukewarm patties, and buns that sometimes feel stale. The fries, which should be McDonald’s crown jewel, are inconsistent; sometimes they’re crispy and golden, but other times they’re soggy and under-salted.
The service also leaves something to be desired. While McDonald’s in Russia often has fast, efficient, and friendly staff, the U.S. locations can feel chaotic and impersonal. Long wait times, missing items, and general disorganization take away from the quick, reliable experience you expect.
The restaurant environment is another difference. In Russia, the McDonald’s locations are clean, modern, and often have comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. In the U.S., cleanliness and maintenance can be hit or miss, with some locations feeling outdated and not as inviting.
On the bright side, McDonald’s in the U.S. is still affordable and has plenty of variety, including unique items that aren’t found elsewhere. But when compared to the experience in Russia, it’s clear that the U.S. version has room for improvement. If you’ve experienced McDonald’s abroad, you’ll know what’s missing here.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean — the blankets were stained and torn, the iron was broken, and both the shower glass and balcony glass were visibly dirty. For the price charged, especially with the expensive parking, I expected much better standards.
The most concerning issue, however, was the behavior of the front desk staff. The young man working there was disrespectful and acted inappropriately toward the young lady checking us in, even going so far as to grab her leg under the table. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, or respect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both staff conduct and room conditions. I took photos but I won’t post them
almost forgot to mention as previous comment medium fries they do give it half way .
management needs to wake up
