The playground is great for toddlers! My 2 year old loves it here and points and says “red park” whenever she wants to go here.
The staff is so sweet; even if we’re just at the playground, we’ll order the apple slices as a snack and they’ll put her apples in a Happy Meal box so she can have that nostalgic experience of opening it up!

I arrived to this location as its right next to my house. I pull up to the drive-through sit and wait there for about 2 to 3 minutes before I decide to move up to the window because nobodys answering and theres absolutely nobody in front of me while I approach the window shes answers with what you want, and then I placed my order and questioned the advertise price for the meal that Ive received that other locations and she told me I cant do anything with that deal because I need to have the app she closed the door. Spoke to someone. I imagine it would be a manager and opened the back up door open the window again and said yes its confirmed you need the app to get a discounted rate. Its advertise that you buy one get one for a dollar she refused to honor the deal as advertise. There was no manager coming to the window to speak to me and then when I refuse to place my order, she was like all right then bye I was upset pissed beyond redemption for the professionism, and customer service received and not able to speak to a manager I also contacted the number for the store and it went to voicemail because nobody picks up the phone there at all. If a customer has a complaint. There should be some one to answer. to take those Calls . I am in the customer service business. I know exactly how important every customer and every experience is the most concerning part is that I had to drive to another location to receive the same meal honoring the same advertise price and received exceptional service and even a thank you at the end I will never go back to the store and I will be copying everything. Im stateing here and posting it online cause thats not fair thats not good service and the attitude of the staff that represented McDonalds I know its not a big deal to you but still thats the face of the store and that young lady should not be there. Before placing this review here, I tried to place a review on their online portal and that didn’t work. What’s the purpose of having a portal to understand complaints for your store yet? It does not work. I hope this review helps someone else making a decision on where they would like to eat getting something to eat should not be this difficult.

A fly was inside my chicken nugget. It was under a bubble of the outer coating which initially I thought was a burnt part. I guess it managed to eat its way all the out and eventually fly out. When I noticed a fly right in front of me I looked down at my food and saw that the “burnt part” was no longer there and there was a hole. I put 2 and 2 together and decided to check the chicken nugget. I took off the outer coating and to my surprise Fly eggs. The fly was using my chicken nugget as an incubator. Absolutely disgusting.

Most of my experiences with McDonald’s haven’t been great, but this location is truly exceptional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little for your food, but it’s always worth it. There’s a super nice Haitian older lady who’s always so attentive and polite she really makes a difference. The lady who took my order made a small mistake with a code and accidentally overcharged me, but then came to the window herself to make sure I got my money back. That’s what I call great customer service! The food is always fresh, which is rare for McDonald’s. Excellent job

Very large restaurant…one of the largest I’ve seen. There’s a large separate indoor play gym for children, with seating nearby for parents. Facility was clean and organized. The employee was courteous and efficient. The all day breakfast menu was limited and wasn’t too fresh considering…but was okay.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I’ve tried this location a few times, the employees don’t seem to understand how to operate a drive through. My last experience I literally gave up waiting for my food after 30 minutes of sitting in the drive through and left. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE.

The self-service fountain drink station is out of service. There is not even napkins there nor ketchup and mayonnaise. The restaurant is understaffed so to get a refill you have to wait forever looking for someone to help you. All the workers are super busy getting the drive-thru orders out so there is no one able to help at the front register. McDonald’s is totally failing at taking away the self-serve beverage stations and not having any people available to help with refills or napkins or condiments. PS. The problem is not the workers. They are literally jogging trying to keep up with the orders.

I came to this McDonalds after my shift and was treated terribly. The African American ladies that took my money and food spoke to me very harshly and slammed the window in my face even though I kept apologizing and thanking them for their time. Then when I was handed my food the other lady gave me a nasty look flared her nostrils at me handed me the bag and again slammed the window in my face. I was fearful to eat the food for I feared they may have done something to it or spit in my food just because they seemed too be aggravated by something before I even order.
