When you order plain hamburgers they give you the old stale burgers sitting in a tray and also use the same utensils they used with onions when you asked for plain so that flavor sticks..also when you order a large fry it’s not full…This stuff isn’t a buck..
Update. App barely works and now only breakfast deals avail all day. Yeah McDonald’s doesn’t offer breakfast all day. Also their 5 dollar deal at this location is now 6..no signs anywhere to mention the price rape..that extra buck sure adds up …greedy owner

I ordered through the app. I ordered a mcdouble with no cheese no pickle because there was a deal to get it for $.50. Then I ordered a medium fry and medium coke. Well I got those 2 things but when I got home when I pulled the burger out of the bag I got the daily double well done with cheese and added Mac Sauce. This was after waiting for an idiot who wasn’t paying attention to what was going on in front of her to see that the 2 cars in front of her had already picked up their food and left. So, its not like the restaurant was incredibly busy either. I just had a non invasive back procedure and hadn’t eaten all day. I just wanted to eat and go home and take a nap before having to pick up my kids from school. When I tried to call the restaurant it rang a few times and the hangs up.

Worst communication i have ever experienced in my life and that is saying something these days. And still the slowest run late night drive thru in the whole area and it’s not even close, this location has been in dire need of new management for some time now, and is just getting worse.

Just got home with my order, first bite into the sandwiche and l had to spit it out, l had bitten into something hard, it felt like l was biting into a bone, broke the chicken into pieces to see what else there was and there it was, a white piece of god knows what and a very very undercooked piece of chicken, l’m attaching some pictures, nasty nasty.
Never ordering from this place again and l’ll definetely save my receipt and send these pictures to my attorney. Fries and drink was ok

Horrible service, I bought two happy macdonald and came two equal toys, I asked to change because I have two children, they said they did not have, I understood and went to sit, my daughter went to get straws and the same employee showed that she had another and hid for my daughter not to change and was laughing at my daughter who is only 7 years old, where it was supposed to be a place for children and make my children happy turned into a day of sadness.
