2nd time coming to this location and it’s the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong. On top of that, I was overcharged. No apology, just “I can give you a dollar out the drawer”. It was really a $2 difference. I didn’t feel like debating over $2 so I told the manager don’t worry about it. It was just the principle of it all. The young lady at the front counter was nice though.

I absolutely love coming here in the mornings! The cashier says welcome back in the most grandiose way and I does feel welcoming. The whole team is friendly and amazing. The food is awesome, I love the Boberry biscuits they are so sweet and sometimes I just want a buttered biscuit. The steak biscuit is their claim to fame though. You gotta go to this location for the best of Bojangles!

Slowest bojangles ever! 1 whole hour for my 8 piece family meal because they said they needed to make fresh thighs and the employees were just laughing and cutting up the whole time and not working and yelling at each other and talking about smarting off to each other and just terrible and super slow!!!

Overall 4 stars in my opinion. The food came out fresh and hot, and the texture was the best ive tasted from a fried chicken-centered fast food restaurant.
They did however get my order wrong a little, but nonetheless, the food was still very good. If you’re wanting fried chicken and dont like other places like KFC or Popeyes, go here. Also, the biscuits won’t have you choking like hell, lmao.

The family didn’t eat at Bojangles’s since 2015 when they left FL. This was a must stop to indulge ourselves with this crunchy and spicy fried chicken and seasoned fries. Definitely next level FLAVOR! This location is on a busy intersection with a lot of hotels and restaurants 5-10 minutes away from Six Flags. We came on a slow day, the place was clean, and the crew was very polite and friendly.

If you have an attitude because you put the order in wrong don’t have an attitude with the customer because you are wrong. At the window on 11/20/25 the women working had a TERRIBLE attitude. I know what order I gave and the same order was repeated CORRECTLY back to me. Do better or get more customer service training.

Good morning….8:23 AM. That’s what needs to be addressed at the window as customer service. I asked the pierced lip with no hair tie, to repeat the order. Order was correct as given, with attitude because her morning is elsewhere and not worried about customer service to better Bojangles. She clearly couldn’t handle the window so she walks away and we’re addressed by another employee. I get my food that I have yet to try, kinda excited because I heard it’s good! Get onto the road and it’s hair on my food…. Good morning.
