I went around 7pm thinking food would be hot and fresh because it’s dinner time, but I was wrong. Food was barely warm. Sandwich almost no lettuce, fries cold and no salt, nuggets old. The only thing good was the Coke drink. Time in line about 20 min and I there was 5 cars in front of me.

Pros: their fries are almost always hot. Cons: this is not the first time when I pull up to the drive thru – and they start taking orders from the OTHER line. Even if vehicles pull up after me. The whole point of getting McDonalds is it needs to be FAST. If I have to wait in line for 10mins while u take orders from cars that pulled into the other line AFTER me that’s not ok

Oh em gee every now and then people that aren’t smart try and tell me when I’m wrong and they know they don’t even believe there own lie. The manager and another not so smart employee didn’t want to value my receipt for my purchase. When it’s on every McDonald’s receipt. Then knowing he was incorrect about what he did he gave me my double cheeseburger. Every McDonald’s receipts says the same from Florida no matter if it’s franchise or corporate! Do your job better. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s at all. I’m not happy about this store being my first bad McDonald’s review!

Would not look at my phone until I insisted and still was short, clipped, and narrow with his “conversation.”
Lost points due to his incompetence. Will not order through the app again unless this issue is resolved.
Plus, will only order from a McDonald’s NOT in Pompano Beach.

This place has a weird vibe. Maybe it’s the sketchy people hanging around it or maybe it’s the employees but this place just gives a bad vibe like a crime scene waiting to happen. the manger with the hair cut and dreads had a very nasty attitude and in the drive thru , i tried to get her to proper understand me she answered by saying “i don’t need nobody else trying to check me “ then me and my bf turned out to be saying what we were trying to say right she was in the wrong no apology was made or anything ! wow and she the one in charge ? , i can see why this mcdonalds has a 3 in rating.

Management allows the cooks in the back to put what they want on the food. Even when the customer request no cheese, no salt the cooks do what they wanna do. this every day the employees do not care. I blame management if they don’t care the employees don’t care
