So they handed us the food. No receipt. I check my bag because they seem to always screw up.
They put regular bacon instead of Cabadian Bacon. They hand it back and I leave come to find out THERE IS NO EGG!!!!!. Last time I was here, the lady in the speaker was giving me so much attitude because she couldn’t hear me while I was yelling into the speaker box. They made me park for a drink because they messed up that time too. This place is a joke. It needs better management.

Has anyone ever been to a McDonald’s in Okinawa Japan? The absolute best experience in a McDonald’s you will ever have in your whole entire life!
You are genuinely welcomed upon entering the doorways, 99% of the staff smile and bow to you per Japanese custom.
I left Japan to follow a latina model studying to be a nurse in Charlotte NC. Gotta be one of my great regrets in life. I hated Charlotte to a certain degree but made awesome friends and memories.
Anyways, if management is listening if you can instill just a tiny fraction of good customer service to all staff that interacts with customers that would make my experience or anyone that appreciates good customer service great. My complaint is a young Haitian American boy said zero words as he passed the food over so I have no idea if I was done or not. We checked the order to confirm, looked back up and turned away to work on another order.
Also the parking lot has an island that two cars hit which made them go flying. I can see a potential accident there

I ordered the 2 burrito breakfast, & it was very disgusting and disappointing. 1st, it was very cold. 2nd, it literally barely had anything inside of it. Barely any eggs, very little pieces of sausage & very messy. Most of the yellow in it is so-called cheese. I can’t eat it. If I didn’t have to work today, I would have brought it back. What is happening at this location. It used to be good. Very upset.

Ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNugget through DoorDash/Uber Eats from McDonald’s. Like most delivery orders, the bag was sealed by the restaurant, meaning the driver cannot verify the contents and has to trust that the employees packed the order correctly.
Sauce is included with nuggets and already factored into the price. Yet I received zero sauce. To make matters worse, if you ask for extra sauce “just to be safe,” they charge you, even though the standard sauce is already accounted for in the cost of the nuggets.
So let’s be clear:
I paid for nuggets with sauce
I received dry nuggets
The driver isn’t allowed to check
And the restaurant still wants to charge extra to fix their own mistake
This isn’t complicated. It’s a basic order. Nobody wants to eat dry chicken nuggets, and nobody should have to pay extra to receive what was already included. This is a simple example of careless order fulfillment and employees not doing the bare minimum before sealing a bag and sending it out.
If you can’t handle a standard nugget order correctly, you probably shouldn’t be offering delivery at all

Better check order before leaving this place lol. I said if this unsweet tea? Guy said yes, and he looked like he was in charge. Drove two miles, tasted my tea it was packed with sugar!! I’m so sick of this shit! I avoid sugar in drinks because they put so much! After you get home basically you’re screwed bc you won’t be getting a refund.

This is the worst McDonalds of every McDonalds out they, are rude, slower then my dead grandmother, and don’t know how to give basic change for cash. Which is really insane because most computers tell you the exact change to give back and they can’t do it. I live Within walking Distance but now go to McDonald’s on university and commercial. Better service, better food, they’re not rude, and they seem to know how to count money and give the right change.

The absolute worst McDonalds you could ever go to. Slowest service, slapped together good, and it more than likely is absolutely not what you ordered. Night shift is the worst! Expect to spend at least 1 hour in the drive through. Zero capacity to multitask. Poor attitude employees really makes you uncomfortable.

I asked for a sausage McGriddle and I wanted the bread to be fresh. The lady taking the order didn’t let them know so they gave me a regular sandwich. I let them know and they asked me to wait for over 5 minutes. Just to bring me out the same sandwich I gave them back.
