I came to this “24 hour” mcdonalds ar 3:28am the 19th after I just got off work and they stated, fast as hell, that they werent taking orders until 4:30 and were getting ready for breakfast. What does that have to do with right now? Seems like whoever she was just aint wanna work. I even asked her at first to repeat what she said cause I couldnt make out what she said and it took her 5 mins to finally repeat it. I guess that’s McDonalds for ya.

Went to use the restroom and get breakfast but the Handicap accessible door was locked . I didn’t risk walking due to my mobility issues on wet floor from rain then slippery floor tile inside .

The overnight workers should not be eating when there taking care customers service thats nasty. The workers are outside and orders are taken a long time. Also the management need to do separate order for ubereats and doordash service for overnight. This service deserve a negative 1.

I have gone to about four different McDonald’s and never Fails this Store i# Always on point with their orders. Always a happy customer. Mine and my son’s favorite McDonald’s to come to. I just brought My Wife after church this morning because I keep telling her how great this location is. When she opened her nuggets she was amazed at the way the nuggets were ligned up. And she has had her Managers serve safe certification since 2011 and Managed a McDonald’s herself in the springs location for 5 yrs. , , ❤️

These people are rude and disrespectful. The sign said they close at 11:00pm, I got there before 10:30pm and the guy said they were close. I went through an open door, they refused to serve me and escorted me out like a criminal, they served the Hispanic guy that came after me though.

Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. Cars kept getting out of the line and leaving. They were taking 1 order every like 10 minutes. And when it was our turn, they took the order on the other speaker – again! I thought someone was probably alone doing everything and tried being gracious. So we drove up to the window and the cars that ordered like 30 minutes ago are there waiting for their food. And there were multiple employees in the restaurant. So, not sure what’s going on but this restaurant lacks management big time, and timeliness of course.

The girl in the 2nd window at 3:16 pm 11/07/2025 that gave me the order didn’t care about anything at all . I was trying to correct my order and she just said

The manager in the white shirt was very rude to me 7/6/22 @ 3:00pm.
She yell at me the entire time because I couldn’t redeem my points after I had already redeemed some points 15 min earlier.She told me I had to wait 15 min the first time which I did.She needs to be fired! I was humiliated in front of my son.she did not care for absolutely anything I was trying to say.All the employees came looking in the window to see what was going on as if I was the problem.I asked her why is she yelling at me.Them asked where is the GM.I asked what’s her name and she told them to close the window on me! This is store number 6204.
I can’t get through to corporate! And ppl like her should not be a leader.She needs to be fired.
