Ordered delivery and u was sooooo very impressed with the way our food was packaged. Everything was neatly put in the bag and sealed to keep the delivery drivers out no more stealing fries or sipping the drinks! Our drinks were in the bag sealed thank u ❤️ Also, we had some customized items (ketchup only or plain) and it was made as instructed. The only issue is that they continue to disregard my request for condiments we wanted ketchup for our large fries and sauce for our nuggets! Other than that, yes please!

Go somewhere else. This place needs to hire more workers or something because I ordered in the app only to have to wait forever then only get half my food and have to wait another 10 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to give me the rest while my child cries for his happy meal that they didnt give thats in site but person disappeared into the back. Fries were not great and burger tasted bland and unseasoned. Def wish id driven further down. Me and the group of people waiting to catch a worker to get sauces and their food.

If it could be a negative star it would be, we visited the drive through and they would not take an order from the 2 order station and we had to get back in line!!! That is unacceptable! This is a poorly operated store!!!! 2nd visit we when inside and 2of the 4 order station were not working, took forever to get the order in. Then they were not delivering orders to table and kept getting things mixed up!!!

Understaffed, then I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but it wasn’t crispy and had no lettuce or tomato, only two pickles inside. I ordered a strawberry shake and they didn’t have any, and the fries were undercooked. I had to wait 15 minutes for all of this. For such an iconic fast food chain, this was terrible. I’m giving it one star just so I can leave a review, but it doesn’t deserve any.

So I tried the Chicken Big Mac. basically 2 giant tasteless chicken nuggets smothered in mac sauce and overpowered by the buns. It wasn’t gross but I’ll stick to the regular Big Mac..on the upside the warm chocolate chip cookies which are not pictured here were amazing! The fries were alright at this location,nothing to write home about. Kind of disappointed I was looking forward to trying this version of the Big Mac

They always give my order how ever they feel like. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me 3 pieces that look like someone already had bitten it, and a cold Big Mac and with no patty. they should stop messing with people’s food. This is more than once they ruin my order and they do it purposely

Stopped here for breakfast before going to the keys and ended up throwing it out. Absolutely disgusting the food they serve people all the food was old. A mc griddle is supposed to be fluffy like a pancake what I got was hard as a rock and when do the Macdonalds survey you can’t even upload pictures you would think this location would be better considering it seems to have a high volume. I could barley squeeze the mc griddle bread I would stay away from this Macdonalds and just go to the one in the keys it’s definitely not worth stopping here at all.

Placed an order online almost an hour ago-here waiting for over 45 minutes for them to bring order out. I’m not able to go inside to get it otherwise I would have. I thought ordering online would be a fast way to drive up and retrieve my order. Wrong! Almost an hour I g wait and I’m still waiting, this is beyond ridiculous.
