Little better than our last visit. Ordered through the app for curbside. Took almost 20 minutes for them to come out. The order was correct but we didn’t get our mayo packet, so my chicken sandwich was pretty dry. Fries were fresh but 1 of our Apple pies was over the hold time and one had no time on it at all.

Service was extremely slow/lacking. What was supposed to be a quick order pickup turned into a 20-25 minute wait. They first forgot to fill our order and when we reminded them they gave us incomplete items. We ordered 5 items, they gave us 3 and then made us wait again for the other 2.

Says open 24hrs but every morning they set cones to stop the drive through while they chat away. Then they get upset when you ask them why the hold up. Very disrespectful staff. Their excuse is their system is down. I guess it must be down every morning at the same time. Because we pass by for coffee and every morning the cones are set. Unfortunately is the only one in route to work before jumping on turnpike. “Hope they fix their morning system failure” or just hire new personnel maybe.

I had to yell into the speaker several times to get the young person’s attention so I could order (same with the car in front of me). I asked for a Hamburger with no Pickles. The order taker actually asked me what Hamburger I wanted I had to repeat the order, luckily he caught on. I proceeded to order another Hamburger with no Mustard, he tried to turn it into one Hamburger by combining the order. The only thing they got right on the order was the Large Fries. The young lady that handed me my order couldn’t be bothered with any Customer Service skills at all. No Hi, Bye, or go away, nothing. So happy they are getting $15 an hour now.

Alright service, average employees, although don’t see any good and all for this restaurant. Long wait for drive-thru at midnight, so it’s pity to see something like this. Hope one day they can improve better from this experience, especially for those coming to visit.

McDonald needs to go back to basic. They are pretty much inundated with a lot of orders. With two drive through, online, uber eats, DoorDash, ect. Plus one cashier and kiosk which frustrates me I don’t know how to use it. It is overwhelming the amount of orders which lead to customer unsatisfactory. To top it off I waited 30 minutes or so. Not happy.

We were passing through on the way to Tampa. Food was good, although could’ve felt better if the employee at the fry station was using gloves. Bathrooms were decent. Im not certain why the doors were being locked; perhaps a staffing issue since everyone inside was using the Kiosk. The staff, however was kind. The wait for the food was 25 minutes.
