Boston Market used to be my favorite fast food. Everything looked good even though they constantly got rid of my favorite sides. Last couple of years though, the food is not as good and does not look appetizing. I went today and the mac and cheese was completely dry, most of the containers were close to empty. The server actually took what was left of the corn and just spooned it all into my order, doesn’t look appetizing at all. The potatoes were grossly unevenly seasoned. The fountain drinks were not working right, and when I told someone they said ok but did not end up doing anything at least while I was there. This place was such a favorite that is still go in once in a while hoping it is back to what it was but always disappointed. This is not just deptford this is pretty much all locations now.

If all Boston Markets were like this, well, I totally understand why most are closed down.
I put in an online order at 7:07 for a meatloaf family meal and some nuggets. I arrived at the restaurant around 7:24 and went to the location that said “online order pickup”. No one greeted me or asked my name. I stood there for about ten minutes when someone finally came up to me and told me they’d have to refund the nuggets. They then asked me if I wanted to get the entire meal refunded. I was a little confused but then they told me they didn’t have meatloaf either. All of this was a surprise because I had received a text saying my order was ready.
Clearly, it wasn’t.
The employee refunded me and I left. While sitting in my car I looked at the receipt and it didn’t match the amount paid. It seemed they “forgot” to refund my tip.
I understand that places will sometimes run out of food, but to either be that inept that you can’t refund the correct amount or to try and pull one over on someone and keep the tip you did nothing for is absolutely ridiculous.

The drive thru doesn’t work. I had to walk in.
The people there have never eaten the food and couldn’t suggest if anything was good. After eating it, I know why they never tried it. The chicken sandwich tasted soggy and old. The mac & cheese tasted like it was cooked four hours ago and left out then warmed. The sweet potato casserole left a lot to be desired and didn’t get finished.
As far as a fast food restaurant, this was awful. I would choose any other place and it is a shame because I used to like boston market. I may have an inkling as to why the boston market’s near my home went out of business with their new menu items, ingredient choices and business practices.

Thought I was going to get a healthy and tasty family meal from this location. I asked for the chicken to be cut up but they didn’t give me half of it. I remember when the cream spinach was delicious but this stuff smells dangerous. What a waste of money. The food is utterly disgusting and can’t be eaten. I would’ve rather had thrown the money in the trash, than purchase such disgusting food that can’t be eaten! Wow I remember when this place was great, 20 years ago. Not this disgusting nightmare for one’s pallet. If you could only smell what this food smells like. Two people were brave enough to try the cream spinach, but they vomited it six minutes after consumption. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know that they shouldn’t serve it to anyone, but they wouldn’t answer the phone and when I called back, they had me blocked. That is scary, it’s almost as though it’s intentional. There’s definitely a difference between food that doesn’t taste good and food that makes one projectile vomit.

We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey expecting juicy white meat. The turkey took forever to warm up to temperature, and was pink inside. Tasted cured. Was a terrible experience for the $90 we paid. Definitely not worth it. Will never do this again. The staff was unorganized and confused.

Terrible. Was so excited to see a Boston market. Ordered two chicken carver. People looked at me like I was crazy. Sandwiches were small and very little chicken on them. On of the halves had no chicken in it. And sat in drive through of 10 min with no one answering. Disappointed to say the least.

Paid for a family meal charged us an extra 20$ then we asked why did you charge us extra the menu said 40 and some change. they said “don’t listen to that” while leaving with our food the worker ran outside reached in our bag and said this mac in cheese was for someone else then had to go back inside to get another mac and cheese that he originally took, because they did originally charge us for that item. I cannot make this up. Horrible service. Will NEVER return.

I made my order at 8:03, it is currently 8:50, and we never even received our order. I am 7 weeks pregnant and sick all the time and only able to eat what I am craving, it is rotisserie chicken right now. I spent $41 dollars and sent my husband to retrieve them. I get a call from him, confused. He walked up to the door and tried to open it but it was locked. The lights were on. Since he knew that our order was confirmed and never cancelled (and that they don’t close until 9) he thought maybe they only do drive through since it was 8:20. As he pulled up to the drive through he watched the lights go out and was greeted by no one. This is when he called me. Soon after this I get a text confirming my order is ready for pick up. No answer when calling and at one point the line went dead and every time i called i was met with the busy tone. It doesn’t help that on their website there is no way that is working to connect me to customer service so I will have to go tomorrow and talk to them in person to get this sorted and my money back. Never again.

So my last review didn’t upload so I’ll try again. Long story short I ordered the crispy country chicken meal with white gravy, mashed potatoes and stuffing. I get all the way home and this is what I get. No gravy on my chicken and cold food! When I went to pick up my order, the employee was completely clueless and there was nobody else in the store and my order was sitting on the counter just getting cold! Will NEVER eat from here ever again! And I was given a cold
