This McDonald’s location is a disaster. I’ve come here several times to give it a try, but it keeps getting worse. This last time I wanted to pick up my order curbside, the employee brought me an incomplete order. She only brought me the burgers, no drinks, and nothing else. I had to honk at her to get her to come back so I could tell her. I told her, but she left quickly, and I couldn’t tell her I also needed a Happy Meal. When I came back, I told her, and her response was totally unacceptable. She said, “You’ll have to get out and get it because I have more orders,” and to top it all off, when I walked in, she didn’t even know what my Happy Meal combo was. A total disaster. The manager was at the front desk and knew what had happened and didn’t even come over to apologize for the mistake. Pathetic McDonald’s.

I have lunch at this McDonalds quite often since it’s across from my job. Normally the service at a fast food restaurant is subpar but lately, I love Shahir the general manager. He goes above and beyond and with him as GM, fast food has become rapid food because of his speedy service.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service! Let’s start, I’m waiting for 5-7 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive-thru. I’m waiting on the left side of the drive-thru. Here comes a car that has just arrived pull on the right side. And lo and behold someone takes their order right away! When they decided to finally take my order I told the young lady. That was wrong to skip someone who was in line first. She never apologizes. In fact, she had an attitude toward me. So the same car that had skipped me. She was still in the line when she had already gotten her food. I believe she and the young lady were friends! I blowed my car horn so she could leave the young lady who works there asked me what my problem was! I then said she has her food, and she’s holding up the line. This happened at 11:07 pm We just wanted to get our food and go home. Please talk to your employees about customer service.

Typical fast food place it’s hit or miss. The place was practically empty and service was still slow. The older lady that was cashier out front had a nice personality, but probably not the most efficient. Like they say you get what you pay for. The food and the coffee were hot, so I guess that’s good enough to get my morning started…

HORRIBLE. They messed up my order multiple times in under 10 minutes. I ordered a sausage bagel and they gave me a bacon bagel. Received2 hashbrowns instead of the 1. The iced coffee was not sweet at all. It was just a bad experience today (October 5th @ 9:10 AM), which is rare for McDonalds. Disappointed in the items I received.
They charge full price ≈ $3 for a large water.

Its a joke at this point but the ice cream machine was broken at my time of visit.
First kiosks (which you have to use because there are no employees out front) dont have receipt paper so if you choose for here and enter a table tent number you have no idea which number is yours…which in theory shouldn’t Matter because if you dine in the expectation is that they bring it to you.. except that didnt happen so 3-4 customers are all poking through the food on the counter trying to see whose food is whose .
Then my burger was raw , ( picture attached). Getting someones attention to have it remade was a challenge again as there was no cashier up front .
So 35 minutes later I’m eating my burger long after my family has finished .

I was passing by and my little one was complaining she was hungry. Normally, I would have kept moving but i am glad i stopped. This Mcdonalds was a very nice experience.
I was greeted quickly by an elderly lady and she was very polite. There were quite a few people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. The dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. There are no papertowels in the restroom only air dryers.
The food was hot and fresh, the coffee was perfect. I was overall very happy with this visit. Definitly a good mc donalds to visit.

Unbelievable, ordered the the combo pack using Uber eats and they just sent the order incomplete… not once but two times… they forgot about (3) buegers first time and then (4) missing burgers second time… worst thing? No solutions offered no refunds the second time nothing.
Manager told me to go tomorrow to get the missing burgers, I’m hungry today and I’m not supposed to drive because of someone else’s mistake.
