I ordered two steak bagels and a sausage biscuit using the mobile app at 7:32 a.m., and everything went smoothly. The order was ready by 7:40 a.m., and they brought the food out to my car in the parking lot. The app worked perfectly and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a really smooth experience.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever went to and I use to work for McDonald’s too. Only one guy was nice the other workers looked gathered in a group not only that but the girl is rude too when she gave out the order and the reason is beyond me because for why they were in a group because they didn’t have any orders on their screen. Drive thru was empty. Mind you I only ordered THREE items. I always have problems ordering McDonalds from this location from them being slow or messing up orders. Other locations are a lot better than this store.

The service was terrible! I ordered my food when I went up the window they asked for my receipt and closed the window without saying anything they took 5 mins to open it back and I asked what happened and the lady at the window said she didn’t speak English I saw her calling someone . I checked my bag and my fries were cold I had to go back in the line which took after 8 mins and then when I got to the 2nd window they were confused they then told me to wait at the stop sign to get my fries which took another 5 mins .This new location is the worst they have bad customer service the employees have their phones and the managers aren’t doing anything

The service is crappy!!! When ordering food the person who I was speaking to didn’t understand me and when I asked something they literally repeated what I said! The food was cold and my order was not correct! Not buying from this location! They try to just rush and get people out from the drive thru! My fries were cold and white like it wasn’t cooked and I ask for extra cheese and the sandwich was made like someone just tossed it in there and the cheese was halfway off the bread!

The place looks great, the employees are very kind as well, just they forget your sauces and stuff like that if you don’t ask them twice.
I bought twice from them for lunch and both of the times my stomach has ached, I’ve eaten from other McDonald’s and I’ve been fine, I don’t know what the issue is with these people.

When they were giving me my drink, the lid was not properly placed, so it got all up my arm, oh and with no apology

I’ve been to this location a few times since it opened and tried to give it a chance. I asked for a McDouble and the girl in the drive thru asked me what that was…? Drive thru moves extremely slow as well. Whether it’s 12pm or 12am this place is subpar. Your order will probably be incorrect most visits. The person who I presume is the manager here is rude to their staff and hardly assists them from what I’ve seen. I understand it’s a new location but there should be zero excuses for this. The team is kind but management needs to step it up. The quality of food and perhaps an English speaking person on drive thru orders would be a good place to start.
