About the slowest, ride and some of the laziest individuals. The people taking your payment are sitting most of the time you can barely see them, they have to reach up in order to reach the register and when you pay with a card they stick out the machine for payment they are literally sitting so far down that YOU have to stretch out of your car to reach it. Whoever is the manager has to find a way to teach the employees customer service, get new better employees or if he/she is ok for that type of service then he/she needs to be replaced! Not to mention that they run out certain soda (coke) what business runs out of that? And french fries? WTH

We have came to this McDonald’s two times, and both times the customer service has been disappointing. There are definitely racism issues with the employees who work there. The pickup window worker demonstrated rude customer service when I simply asked a question. I think that McDonald’s has gone down hill with their management. It shouldn’t matter if you are white or another race. Every human should be treated with kindness. I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is the worst Mac Donald I’ve ever been to, I still don’t even know how it’s still open… the self-service was terrible. I was waiting a long time to be served, then in the window they gave me was the manager laughing, playing with the employees and not He didn’t care that I was waiting, the ice cream didn’t have the syrup that all mac donals normally give, and they served me with Hersheys because they didn’t have the supplies, let alone a spoon… the truth is terrible!! I got a double cheeseburger and a six piece nugget when I was about to drive off I asked for an extra big Mac sauce. She informed me that there was no big Mac sauce, so she was about to let me drive off with no sauce, considering that’s what I ordered in the app when I asked if she can just put some big Mac sauce in a container or something she wanted to charge me $.38 more when I ordered nuggets.
