This mcdonalds lacks of good customer service. The management team is deplorable, They wont follow policy or honor promotions given to customers by the franchise. They go by their own rules according to the management team. I do not recommend it whatsoever.

I have been coming to this mcdonalds for over 30 years. Since 1978 when i was 8 years old. The owner is a short cuban man and he makes sure that all his franchises are making people happy and the food is perfect.
The staff here is friendly and i enjoy chit chatting with them while waiting for my order.

Asked for Manager Twice and she never came out to see me. So I see poor Management skills in this person on staff however,
Had a great interaction with candina & leo. They were both great and attentive and our order was perfect. They surely know about customer service for millenials. They again get five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place just gets worse & worse by the day, i ordered a double filet and half of the tartar sauce was out of the sandwich, the fish was cold too. No napkins. 8/11/22 gave them another opportunity, stupid idea, ordered a double cheeseburger, got a double quarter pounder with cheese, too large for my child. Horrible service
