Sat down here for lunch on a really rainy day. The service was fast and everyone was very polite. The fried chicken is really tasty, but that’s not exactly what you want your highlight to be at a ramen spot. I liked most things, but I wasn’t really wowed by anything. Still, it’s a good spot to grab a bite, if you’re around!

Decent ramen and there are lunch and dinner sets which are quite good value. Not too crowded even for a holiday weekend. Ramen is pretty good and there’s a few choices of soup base. Their fried items are however a little oily. Staff are attentive and quite helpful. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and other restaurants are busy.

We had a really good experience at Hindoeya. The food was excellent — the spicy ramen was flavorful with just the right amount of heat, and the calamari was crispy and well-seasoned. Everything came out fresh and nicely presented.
The service was friendly and attentive at the start, and even though it slowed down a little toward the end, the place was packed, so it was understandable. The staff still did their best to check in when they could, which we appreciated.
The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed taking our time over the meal. It felt like a lively spot where people were clearly enjoying themselves. We left feeling full and satisfied, and we’d definitely come back again to try more of the menu.

I had to come into the city for an early morning appointment tomorrow and was looking for a good dinner spot the night before. Right across from my hotel was a ramen place that looked busy, so we put our name in and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did because it is now easily in my top five ramen spots ever. I ordered the Sukiyaki Ramen, which was outstanding, a solid 9.5, and my daughter had the Spicy Miso Corn, which somehow might have been even better. Nick was our server and he was absolutely delightful. This has officially become my new go to ramen spot whenever I am in the city.

Finally had a chance to try Hinodeya! I’ve always walked by at night when the line is pretty long, but this time I came in at 11am on Sunday. I chose the Chicken Umami – delicious and flavor was perfect! The Spicy Mayo and Hinodeya are their most popular though.

I inhaled this bowl so fast I barely came up for air — it was that good. I ordered the creamy vegan ramen, and the broth completely blew me away. It’s made with mushrooms, and somehow they’ve managed to coax out this deep, earthy umami that feels both rich and light at the same time. You can tell it’s crafted with real care, not just a token vegan option.
The spinach noodles were the perfect balance of chewy and silky — and the width made them so fun to slurp. Every bite had something exciting: the crispy seaweed, roasted veggies, tender tofu, sesame, and that heavenly broth tying it all together.
I loved it so much I went back the very next day for another bowl. Easily one of the best ramen experiences I’ve ever had in the city.

Came here for dinner on a Friday without booking, seated within 20 minutes no issue. Service here is efficient but polite. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento with the mini house ramen which was delicious – ramen noodles were bouncy with bite and the broth was very umami (but not overly salty)! Would 100% come here again.

The best ramen I ever had was at this place (vegan creamy ramen). I enjoyed it’s crispy kale, bamboo shoots and slightly sweet tofu toppings. The creamy broth which was made from soy milk and shiitake mushroom dashi was fantastic.
My only complaint is the pervasive smell of pork broth and the tight space.

We put our name on the waitlist and waited about 40 minutes, which we expected and were fine with. We opted to sit wherever was first available. What wasn’t okay was watching a party of 14 walk in after us, not be on the list, say they’d sit outside, and get seated immediately while we were still waiting.
When we finally sat down, our server was rude and he made us feel rushed. The food was a letdown, especially for the price. The katsu on the ramen was burnt, and the “spicy” ramen wasn’t spicy at all. We ended up sending the katsu back because it was so dry and bad. I’ve honestly had better meals from a microwave. Definitely not worth the wait or the cost. Don’t let the line fool you the food and service is not worth it.

A late lunch of Spicy miso and gyoza!
The Gyoza with the combination of Sriracha and soy sauce on the side was light, soupy and delicious. The spicy miso soup was perfect in its balance attaining a complex depth of flavors and a slightly forward friendly spicy touch. Not overwhelming, but balanced extremely well. While I’d want to try more things in their menu, I can easily say I’d come back again and again for this meal.
