This McDonald’s is located near Route 95 in between WaWa and Starbucks. It has a double lane. The times we have been there they have been fast, friendly, the food temperature is good and most often correct. I still never trust it’s right and always check the bag before leaving. Occasionally they forget things like the nugget sauce. Other than that, we have had mostly a good experience.

Should have looked at the reviews before picking this spot for a quick coffee and restroom break. With Wawa and Starbucks both on either side, I probably should have known better. Anyway I order a simple black coffee in the app, arrived and used the restroom, and then proceed to the counter area for pick up. There is nothing in the mobile order window so I stand at the ordering counter where there is no one. I do however see at least 6 people working the kitchen area. At least 4 of them see me just standing there. They have no clue if I have ordered or need to order. I give it a solid 3-4 minutes with no acknowledgement before I start calling out to see if anyone is working the counter. No one responds or even stops what they’re doing. I try a little louder just in case they don’t hear me over the kitchen noise and still nothing. Now I have to resort to waving my arms back and forth to get someone’s attention. Who responds, the farthest away person (who may have been the manager) who also saw me when I first got there. I tell her I mobile ordered a black coffee and she asks if anyone has, it’s immediately handed to her and she says sorry for the wait. How about sorry for not at the very least acknowledging a customer when they walk in or telling them you’ll be right with them. Forget that the coffee was pretty bad, the customer service in the most basic level was nonexistent.

I go here regularly. I ask for 2 sweet n sour and receive 2 ranch or none at all half the time. Last time i went they forgot to put a sandwich in the bag. Its very regularly always at least 1 thing wrong every time. Workers aren’t rude but definitely aren’t too friendly either.

Half our food was missing and wrong. We ordered 3 Dr peppers and a Diet Coke. And they gave us a unsweetened tea and 2 Dr peppers.
The service was horrible, the employees are lazy and didnt want to fix our order when we told them it was wrong. You also couldn’t understand person talking on the mic, it was loud and almost broken.
The food- it was awful. Chewy and cold. I felt sick taking one bite.
This is my first time in Florida and I had high expectations for this McDonalds. Do not get your food here.

It was a terrible McDonald’s. The big mac patty was very thin, the fries were warm but not fresh. After our question, what happened to our order? We did the same. The staff is not friendly. If you want to spoil your mood then this is the place for you.

The worst experience ever.
An absolute display of unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, and complete indifference.
I was there with my husband and mother-in-law. We had placed our order, and while I was standing by the table, my mother-in-law was sitting on the bench. An employee came over with a tray, and as he was setting it down, a cup of coffee tipped over. The lid flew off completely, and half of a large cup of extremely hot, boiling coffee spilled all over my mother-in-law’s legs and hands.
All the employee did was turn to me, say “sorry” with zero emotion, and hand us some napkins. That’s it. No concern, no reaction, absolutely nothing.
While my husband was trying to find a manager to ask for a first-aid kit, I was helping my mother-in-law remove the burning hot clothes. We ended up deciding to go to a pharmacy because no help was offered at all.
While my husband drove my mother-in-law to get first aid, I found out there was no manager on site. I could barely get any employee to talk to me, and eventually someone handed me a form to fill out.
No first-aid kit. No medical help. Nothing.
And on top of that—no one even offered to remake the coffee. I had to tell the staff myself that they needed to clean the table and redo the order because everything got cold while we were dealing with this emergency. We even had to move to another table because no one bothered to clean the mess.
A few days later, someone called me (I left my number because my mother-in-law doesn’t speak the language well). We scheduled a call for the evening when she would be with me. Nobody called. I tried calling myself—nothing.
To this day, no one has done anything about this situation, and it’s terrifying to realize that if something happens to you, no one will help you.
And by the way—this happened during our vacation, right around both my birthday and my mother-in-law’s birthday. In the end, she ended up with a minor burn on her leg.

I work close to this location. I order frequently. Last time i came in, i ordered a 2-cheeseburger meal and got 1 cheeseburger and 1 hamburger. It was even in a cheeseburger wrapper… ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!

I came in used their self order machine, it was convenient to use. This McDonald’s is very well upkept and easy to get to and from off Interstate 95. I will note I wasn’t greeted by a single employee until my order was ready for pickup.
The food tasted good and was ready in about 5 mins from time of ordering.
