Negative Chin
Now this is peak. This is where I get my grub on HARD. Legit I come here minimum once a week. Myself I enjoy a quarter pounder with fries jammed into that bad boy, and it’s straight bone chilling every time. Now as for the drive thru, it’s goated. Not bad and not awesome = peak. Now dining in is a different story. As a young buck myself the employees can’t help but spectate every move I make. Which is understandable considering how no other kids wanna talk about the political and economic state of the world rn ts smh. But me and my pals try to be considerate because we’re awesome. And that one employee dude with the red hair is awesome he deserves a promotion. I also met CG5 there…. And Badlands Chugs. Anywho 10/10 HIGHLY recommend

Frequent this location b cuz food and service r usually pretty good & better than the mcds by our house, so i drive a few extra miles sometimes. Had one hiccup recently and spoke to mgr Bree @ this location. She went above and beyond to make it right. (The man that answered the phone when i returned the call was so profesdiinal and polite-i coukd even understand him-no mumbling.) Bree had great follow up and follow thru. So refreshing to see b cuz helpful professional mgrs just dont seem to exist anymore. Thank you Bree to you and your staff at Sat Bch McDonald’s.

I always order the sugar-free iced vanilla coffee at McDonald’s, but it was much darker than expected and didn’t match the picture on the menu. I had to ask for extra syrup to make it lighter and closer to what I usually enjoy. It would be great if the coffee was prepared more consistently with the menu image.

Pretty standard McDonald’s food. Burger and McNuggets were hot and fresh. Fries were fairly fresh. Apple pie and strawberry cream pies were dried out. Staff members were okay.

Horrible service. We were missing food when we ordered through the drive through and went inside to inform them. It took over 15 minutes for us to get the missing food and at least 4 attempts to ask for the food. They kept saying that they were busy but continued serving other orders and dismissed our attempt to get our food. This has happened before but this is the first time that I have gone back to get the missing food. Very disappointed with the service.Not to mention the ice cream machine is down…

I just went in and usually order the same thing. I ordered a steak egg and cheese with onions on a bagel and no butter sauce. My order said no butter sauce. The tag on the bag they put my order in said no butter sauce. Imagine my shock when I opened the item and it smothered in butter sauce. Do better. Very disappointing for the cost of the sandwich I would think that they should at least pay attention.

Crap customer service placed a mobile order then sat in there drive thru long enough to where breakfast time pasts so they “can’t make my order” I’ve been in your drive thru for almost 15 minutes so I get charged for an order I’m not getting can’t use my app because it has an order in queue so I’ve got to pay full price for another order and supposedly my first order will be refunded 7 to 12 business days which they’re mobile orders never refund

Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a long time but after today’s experience I think it’s gonna stay that way. The restaurant was not wiped down all the tables that were empty were empty and dirty. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and it was beyond edible due to how much mayo was on it and no lettuce just mayo. I didn’t order it that way so idk if that’s a new thing with McChicken or not. The lady that took my order was really nice smiling and friendly though. The kicker is on the cup and fries it says WC Donalds and Chinese writing along the side. Why? No thanks WC Donalds I’ll stick to Wendy’s!
