Staff was great. Asked if I was a reward member, which I am, then liked up my number, and told me that I have $5 in reward points, that will expire in two weeks. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Love the Thanksgiving sub and Steak Bomb subs. Loaded every time.

The workers were absolutely rude and slow. Barely any customers were in, and the service was slow. Waited nearly twenty minutes for two sandwiches. Also heard from across the dining space one of the workers joke about sweating over and onto the food. We (My husband, I, and another customer who was up front with us) watched a girl walk in and asked if the place was hiring, no one gave a straight answer. When the girl left, workers laughed and joked about the girl wanting to steal jobs. It was loud enough that I’m sure the other customers who were sitting in the dining area could hear this. My husband and I were absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the attitudes and behavior we saw. We won’t be returning to this location. If you don’t want to work and be professional in this sort of a setting, then don’t work here.

I think this place probably made the most disappointing Philly cheese steak sandwich I’ve ever had in my time in America it was cold Bland and just not worth the nearly $20

My steak sub was very good, lacked size, it was tiny compared to other places in Dover, HOWEVER IF YOU GET THE EXTRA LARGE IT HAS A WHOLE POUND .
