First time at this McDonald’s and off the bat worst experience. We took my nephew to the play place around 11pm knowing from online it closes at 11:59 which was fine we didn’t intend to have him there past then anyway. The moment he starts playing the head cleaning lady tells everyone we have to leave soon, we just got there?? Not to mention that every 5 mins after she’s reminding everyone it’s closing like pressuring everyone to get out, what horrible customer service first of all and second of all the other guy working there told us they normally close at 11:59 so everyone is confused why she’s rushing us out before even 11:30 and there’s NO clear signage of any closing time, any signage of “early sanitization once a month” that the manager said once we went to him which I don’t even think is true. Experience was ruined for us and for our family. Won’t be returning.

The only thing you taste about this fries is old grease. When ask if they are able to change it, the stated they cannot that all the fries are like this. Nobody with name tags so you don’t even know who is the manager or supervisor. They didn’t have interest to help out.

You don’t get what you order, asked for a cheeseburger and it came without any toppings. The coke machine is empty and the Fanta looks like something my cat vomited up. Probably the worst MacDonalds I’ve ever been to. The eating area was also full of trash.

What a terrible experience today dec 4th 2019. I bought through the express check out machine and had to wait to get my order about 20 minutes. When I finally got it, was incomplete and when I started to eat it, the burger was a mess. Not nice at all.
