I wish I had an option to put 0 stars. This store had us pull into a # line to wait an extra 3-4 minutes ( exact words from the drive through employee) & these people completely forgot about us.
The order was placed at 2:18pm & at 2:31pm , I had to go inside & grab my order. Not only that but the food wasn’t hot anymore. I wanted to turn back but due to me having my kid in my car I did not want to cause any conflict in front of him. I’ll never go there again.

A&K Cabinet Refinshing
My fries were cold so I drove back around to the drive-thru and ask for some fresh fries ,it took so long for them to get them made that my burger was cold so I asked for another meal and the manager wanted to see my burger like I was lying so I gave it to him and he gave me another meal but the fries were so salty that I couldn’t eat them and the burger was sloppy and terrible so I just went home hungry.
But the young girl was very nice and offered me a fresh drink.

Happy meal was missing the side items in two of them. These are closed so it’s not like they forgot to hand a bag over.

My family and I went through the drive through yesterday on our way to the playground. The young lady on the headset was so kind pleasant and respectful we had to give a compliment to the manager. If I had cash I would tip. I would drive out of my way for this location. The entire team deserves recognition thank you for making our day batter in the most easiest way. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years now, and they have *Never Once* screwed up my order. The staff are always kind and helpful, the food is always hot, and never looks sloppily assembled. I’ve gone for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and had no issues.
You really don’t appreciate how good a good McDs is until you go to a bad one. Kudos to all who work at this location for caring about their quality of service.

I am an elderly regular at this McDonald’s and this past week I have not seen one of my favorite employees at this restaurant his name is Adriel I always loved on how he took my orders. He is fast And good at his job and I am praying that that young man did not get fired. But this restaurant is a great restaurant love the food love how fast they are. Love the management. Great McDonald’s definitely recommend.

Nice people quick to serve. Good at keeping cool heads and dealing with crappy customers. Quick to fix.
Staff can be nice and fast or rude and slow depending on when you come in and who’s on shift. Generally a bit slow. Haven’t had an order messed up yet. Good to delivery drivers will give a card to punch to get a free item after 7 deliveries.

My experience here was utterly repulsive, we walk in, the store smells bad, there was a pile of trash on top of the can because they didn’t take it out, and our table was dirty, I had to ask someone to clean it, and I was met with attitude. we order our food, 2 20pc nuggets with fries and drinks, the nuggets were under cooked for both orders, we asked for them to cook more for us and the nuggets were somehow were more raw this time around. We ended up throwing the food away and leaving, terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS, Because of this experience, I will not be visiting any McDonald’s for a very long time, I’m highly disappointed when the options were McDonald’s tonight or Burger King.

Edit: McDonald’s, in response to your reply – I did send a message through that portal prior to leaving a review, and have not received a response. I also called the store various times as soon as I got home and realized the error and let the phone ring for minutes before hanging up and calling again.
I’m done with this location! I ordered myself a meal, and my kids a deluxe mccrispy meal and a spicy mccrispy deluxe meal, I was missing the deluxe mccrispy and they gave me a hot and spicy mcchicken, insteady of a spicy mccrispy deluxe. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home. I should have checked the bag, especially since the girl, although sweet, forgot 2 of my drinks, but I was annoyed after waiting so long (over 15 minutes) that I just left and didn’t realize the order was wrong and missing an item until I got home and gave the kids their food. Lesson learned, won’t be going back to this location anymore.

Had breakfast there because my daughter insisted. We had the sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. They are pretty good. Service is average. Prices for breakfast are cheaper than their lunch menu. Overall it’s an above average McDonald’s.
