The service there sucks at the to-go window they make you sit there for 5 minutes and don’t say nothing to you welcome to McDonald’s as normally what they say where I’m from they don’t say nothing what’s your order correct on the screen and then they’ll wait 5 minutes and then say pull around look at here y’all ain’t got nothing but duds working there except for the cooks the food is excellent The service is subpar Y’all probably already know this but can’t get the adequate help but the best thing you can do is save a dollar and go ahead and cull all them service workers in there… Absolutely pathetic service

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Walked in hand sanitizer all over the floor. Go to the bathroom someone is throwing up (I hope they are okay but it should’ve been my sign to leave). Person calling out orders kept repeating the order number even though the customer said “right here” a good 3 times before the employee acknowledged them. Out of ice, out of sugar, and out of luck if you want an employee to acknowledge you’re there. Food was okay but just stop at the next McDonald’s down the road if you can.

The fresh fries were excellent, and the iced coffee was really good. However, I found the burger bun to be a little dry. Despite that minor issue, the overall quality was quite good.

I’ve been trying to show this McDonald’s some grace for a while. Service has been was terrible here for over two years since I’ve moved here. In other states, I’ve never seen their McDonald’s service this terrible. Every time I go to McDonald’s in Blythewood , the order always missing something , no sauce , napkins etc and half fill the fry boxes below the line in the box . The employees don’t take pride in their job. I’m really curious are the employees getting properly trained on customer service and proud to have a job. Chik FIL A never fails me . This McDonald’s can definitely take a few lessons on how to properly run a fast food restaurant from them.

Absolutely terrible service!!!!!!
There was a lady working the front (If that’s what you describe as working)
She was the absolute rudest and biggest racist I have ever encountered!
She brought out a bag of food and yelled a number.
I said ma’am that may be mine.
I made her aware that I didn’t know because the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt.
She just straight up ignored me.
Then she continued to shout the order number while she was two feet from my face.
I politely said again, ma’am that may be mine.
I am unsure because I didn’t get a receipt.
She screamed the number some more while completely ignoring me.
Then she threw the bag of food behind the counter and took the receipt from the bag with her.
Another lady asks for salt and she turned her back on her. Then made a racist comment about the lady to her co-workers.
Another younger girl asks her who’s order it was,
She replied to her co-worker “oh it be dat white man out there, he ain’t got no receipt so he ain’t gettin food”
Then the younger girl comes out and says that I need to show a receipt.
Again!!! I. Do. Not. Have. It!!!
Your kiosk is out of paper.
Wouldn’t give me the food even after I showed her my bank app.
Finally after going back and forth, I lose my patience. She finally gives me the food without drinks.
I was there for 30+ minutes on a road trip!
After all that, I took it upon myself to tell patrons walking in to save there blood pressure and spend their money elsewhere.
Not only will I never go to this place again,
I won’t give ANY McDonalds my money ever again!!
If it weren’t for the name and being right off I-77, this place would go bankrupt

The window person was very nice. Whatever happened wasn’t her fault.
After ordering drive thru, it took 22 minutes to receive my food! (Not a QP).
Then with my order, I got the sauce, but no nuggets!
Annoying, but, obviously they were”in the weeds,).

The employees here are the rudest I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Our bag was sitting on the counter behind the registers. We kindly asked for someone to get it for us and were met with a very rude “excuse me” from a female employee. We were completely ignored by another male employee who walked right by when we again asked for our bag of food. There were multiple people standing in line at the counter to order food since not everyone likes to order on the screens. All of the employees were in the back ignoring all the customers. We asked for some coffee creamer for our coffee and were told that “everything we ordered is in the bag.” We were not even given basic decent customer service. I don’t know who is managing this location but they seriously need to consider reprimanding their employees for this behavior. This is completely unacceptable.

I placed an online order, everything was quick, went thru drive thru to pick up as I was pulling off I realized I was missing the 2 apple pies I ordered. I bagged up to the window and told them my 2 pies were missing. The guy said they had just put pies in and it would be 10 mins if I liked something else. I said caramel sundae because I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of getting a refund or waiting because I was running behind…this is the sundae they gave me. I cream should’ve at least came to the top of the cup for the replacement of 2 pies , but at least my fries were hot and fresh and burger was made correctly and also hot and fresh

Do not waste your time stopping at this McDonald’s. The young employees are unprofessional and seem unsure of how to do their jobs, and the managers don’t appear to know how to assist or properly train them. The drive-through line is constantly wrapped around the building, yet workers are often seen standing outside chatting while the line barely moves.
When you finally do get your food, it’s usually cold, incorrect, or both—forcing you to go inside for a fix. The managers don’t seem to care, and the overall lack of customer service is unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and go to Zaxby’s, Wendy’s, or even Hardee’s across the street. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
