Every time I visit this location, the team looks miserable and uninterested in being there. The customer service feels cold, as if customers have done something wrong just by showing up. No one smiles, the service is slow, and the people on drive-thru sound pushy instead of respectful. It seems like the employees need better support, higher pay, and stronger management because the whole environment feels chaotic.

Everytime I come to this specific McDonald’s I’m told to pull into a parking spot and wait for my order. Doesn’t matter if there’s a line, no line, Monday, Friday, Wednesday. It never fails I am always told to go to a pick up spot. And I know why too. Bc they don’t want their little timers beeping while they take 10+ minutes fulfilling my order and I’m waiting on the side not being counted towards their terrible service time. Currently waiting in a spot right now and I’ve been here over 7 minutes which is what prompted me to come here and finally write my review.
EDIT: came to add that I didn’t get ice in any of my drinks. I asked them if they just don’t include ice now – response was “yeah our machine is broken” no sorry, nothing. So now we have hot coke 🙂

This place is AWFUL.
I went into the restaurant to order my food, thinking it would be quick since THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I waited 25 minutes for just two cheeseburgers and one soda, and when I finally went to ask what was happening with my order, the supposed manager (who was supposedly pregnant) was rude and said she couldn’t do anything about my order. Thanks to the fact that I do know how to work with customer service and am a polite person, I asked another employee for my refund. Friends, if you have any kind of personal problem or simply hate your existence, you’re better off staying home.

I ordered at the kiosk and chose the “here” option, but it was of no use because the employees read that it was “to go” and gave it to me in the bag. They didn’t give me ketchup or my BBQ sauce, which is included in the deal. They have the soda machine, but it’s just to decorate the place, since they serve you the soda, and if all of the above wasn’t enough, they got the wrong flavor of the soda. They helped me with the ketchup, the BBQ, and the soda, but what would have happened if I hadn’t gotten out of the car and checked? Very bad place.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order, staff didn’t even have the ticket, I had to show them the receipt off my phone on the app. My food was already prepared, just waiting somewhere getting cold.Nobody can tell me the correct store number to file a complaint, I’ve asked 3 people. Ordered through drive thru today 12/06 around 8:25pm ! The person that was taking orders said that I have to order large meals only I said ok ! But when they handed me the order through the window, the drink was warm (a Coke). I told the girl, and she replied that some people actually like drinking warm Coca-Cola! I really wanted to throw everything inside through the window, but I restrained myself! And I think this is McDonald’s fault for not making sure the staff is properly trained to provide better service! They’re telling people they can only order large meals when they don’t even have ice for the fountain drinks ! And not even let customers knows ! Worst customer service ever !

I waited at the front counter for about 8 minutes trying to get anybody attention to place my order and everyone seeing me and hearing me and also others behind me , all the employees ignored us like we weren’t even there, there was only one employee trying to get orders ready for others that was waiting for their food and she was also delivering orders to people at there tables and also preparing orders and when ever she can she also try to take care of us trying to place our order at the front counter, because some of your order machines are not working, now this is ridiculous ! You need to hire more people, because at the end of the day with out customers you don’t have a business

Trust all the other reviews for this place. Absolutely a joke. Burgers were black and didn’t have the correct toppings. No soda or condiments in the lobby. No ice in the drinks. We even went inside to hopefully get correct our orders correct. Cashier was mad that we wouldn’t use the kiosk because we wanted to pay cash.
