RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this McDonalds. We ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches that were hard, crusty, flavorless and cold!! How do you screw up something that comes pre-cooked???
We called the store and the really young soundiny girl stated there wasn’t a manager on duty we could talk to and best bet wad to call back on Friday after the lunch rush. We had a problem on Thursday and have to wait until Friday for a fix??

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here 4 times & 3 times the order was wrong. Tonight was the final straw, (or lack there of). I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese value meal, and I didn’t receive the fries. I ordered buy one get one free 10 piece nuggets, with honey-mustard, and only received one order of the chicken nuggets. I also did not receive any honey mustard, any napkins, or a straw for my drink. I would love to say I’m extremely pissed, etc., but I’m not at all. I tried to get help with the ordering process. No employee came when i hit the need assistance button on the ordering kiosk. I ended up having to go to the counter to speak with someone. It took forever to get help from an employee. I Ordered fries to be well done. The lady told me they were being cooked fresh. They came to my table and they weren’t even hot. They also weren’t well done.

I stopped here for coffee and an Egg McMuffin after dropping off my car at my mechanic, figuring I’d get a little breakfast while I waited for my ride to work. I hadn’t been inside in a long while (usually go thru drive-thru) and was a little flummoxed by the automated ordering system. It’s not intuitive at all, the sun was glaring on the screen, and I ended up ordering an extra coffee by accident. Not the end of the world, and my driver was happy to take it.

Don’t know who was on shift at 2am on Thursday night around 2am going into Friday night thinking they’re bigger than the program, follow McDonalds recipe and put the sauce in the bag. I believe the management may needed to be replaced as they cannot keep the employees in check. Very reasonable and respectfully, DO YOUR JOB! My soda looked like it had been tampered with and did NOT have a sticker over the cup (A DOORDASH) making me feel unsafe. This is not how you run a business!

Stopped by here for breakfast today. Never got my food. They pushed every car to wait. We had some place to be. We were told we would only have a minute to a minute and a half. 10 minutes later 3 other cars who were after us got their food. This place sucks so badly. I will be disputing the charge and will never return again.
