I went through the drive thru Thursday and Friday (08/24 and 08/25) during lunchtime and it was a great, quick, and polite exchange. This is my first time at this location and the cashier that was there both days was friendly as well as the ladies at the second window. Highly recommend anyone visits as that is a great example of food service and you will be in good hands.

This was a nice McDonald’s, we dined in after doing some school shopping. We ordered on the kiosk and I opted to pay at the counter. I waited a good 10 minutes maybe even a little more before a cashier came to ring me out. On the plus side they did bring our order to the table, which was nice. This location was very clean. There was no self serve drinks and napkins were no where to be found, everything came from behind the counter. The food was hot and fresh.

Horrible. No one greets you upon entering. No acknowledgment when ordering. The manager was so engaged in her personal conversation that she looked right at us and continued laughing and just walked to the back. I attempted to order at the kiosk, but it didn’t work out. Went to the counter, and the cashier just walked away and prepped another order. Finally came and took our order. Still no greeting. Ordered 2 meals. She only rang up 1. Had to correct her. When she asked what kind of drink, I told her I’d take a cup to get a drink from the fountain. She handed me a cup filled with coke and walked away. I had an appointment and didn’t have time to wait for her to come back. So, it was one of those things I just had to grab and go. Maybe they’ll read this and provide better service to others in the future.

This place is a JOKE!! Never in my life have I had such NASTY FOOD!! Spend $25 for breakfast!, and couldn’t eat the flipping hot cakes! They were microwaved you couldn’t even chew them! This particular McDonald’s is always slow, and the service is dirt poor. Every time it usually takes at least 15 minutes to get to the window, and sometimes another 15 -20 when asked to pull forward past the windows, watching other people grab their food and go. If it wasn’t the closest one to my house, I would NEVER order here. Might as well go out to a restaurant. It would be just as quick and about 5 more dollars. But at least I would be getting served, and not waiting in my car for what is supposedly “fast food”. DON’T ORDER HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME PINCH!

Employees here never pay attention to what you ordered vs. what they give you, then will have you waiting over 15 minutes to fix their mistakes. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always the same issues with them. Cashiers at the drive thru always have an unpleasant attitude during the evening shift.
