The front line staff are very nice and friendly. No shade on them. But this place screws up my order about half the time. Order a double ham, get a single. No onions, comes with onions. Once I got a bag with my order on the label but a completely different order inside! And not once have they offered any compensation for my time of having to return for the correct order. The food is fine when they get it right, but check every order.

I sometimes do not understand, when pay went up, and customer service went down, it seems to me there is still a lot of help there but better coordination is needed to better serve the public, McDonald’s food has always been at a certain level, but if improperly prepared is not as good and I see that happening at a lot of these stores. Especially since the pay has increased the staff, right on up to management should take more pride in their brand, I am not knocking any one in particular, but things should be better than they are, and with a more caring attitude to fix things when the wheels come off.

They were very fast & got my order correct. The bathrooms were clean. Their playplace was tidy, and my kids loved it! Prices are higher than my local McDonald’s. This place is going on our must stop at on road trips to this area.

Ordered breakfast on Uber at 10:30am which was confirmed by McDonald’s and was supposedly “being preparred”.They stop serving breakfast at 11:00am so this order was clearly reasonable. Uber driver waited nearly 30 min, and was finally told at 11:15am they just got to the order but won’t serve it because it’s after 11:00am. That is completely horrible customer service. It’s not surprising this reviews are horrible for this store. Has been for years and has never improved. Franchise owner and manager really need to look at Chick-Fil-A to see how it’s done. Sadly, most McDonald’s are horrible when it comes to service anymore. I enjoy the food, but this is exactly why I don’t go there often at all.

Visited Drive-up around 5 PM, 4-18-23. Service is not their middle name. The drive-up cashier failed to offer me a receipt and the food pick-up window staffer was simply terrible. She was way too busy socializing with fellow staffers, had her back against the window,. When the food was ready, she handed me the open bag, and then the drink. Never made eye contact. Never offered me ketchup for my fries. Never said thank you., and simply closed the window. I have been served (term used lightly) by this young lady before. Same treatment in the past, except the last time, she stuck her arm out to hand me the food while keeping her back facing me. Where is the supervisor? Time to clean house. And McDonald’s wonders why they are losing market share and having to laying off people. Who is teaching these young Americans professional courtesy? Dreadful service. Simply dreadful. Not going back.

Typical fast food/ McDonald’s ‘experience’. The food was…’McDonald’s’. It’s not the highest quality or freshness, but, if you’re hungry, it’ll do. The burger that I ordered came out warm and the cheese was almost melted.. but not quite. The fries though were six times hotter than the sun. They were crispy but not burned and typical McDonald’s, they were as salty as the Dead Sea. The service was fair. The young man was approachable and competent. He took my order without any issues and the order was ready almost as quickly as it took me to get a drink from the fountain. This is a location where there is an area in the front for the kids, so seeing that, that was cool. Ironically enough, it wasn’t kids being loud so much as it was a group of senior citizens raising cane and being disruptive with their very loud ‘conversations’ that pulled away any ‘atmosphere’ they had. Bah dah dah dah dah… it was okay, but I’m not quite loving it. They’re quick, it’s convenient, and in a pinch.. they’ll do.

One of the worst locations. Fries are served cold often and the frozen coke machine is down more than working. They actually try and serve frozen cokes that are clearly not ready and resemble root beer floats….what a joke. Drive a few miles for better quality ….
