My new go to when traveling. Not a quick serve restaurant as the clearly prepare everything to order and you can tell. Consistent quality although this visit with the grandkids they didn’t pack their chocolate milk, but since we were eating in, they did correct the miss when mentioned. I tried their onion rings and they were so well prepared. All very good.

You made me sit in my car for 20+ minutes after confirming you had received my message that I was there (after I had ordered ahead of time) was also 90+ degrees out so that made the wait that much more joyful. Your staff brought out the wrong order so you knew I was out in the parking lot and eventually I had to go into the store where the employees give me a simple “oops”. Thanks for the cold food and wasted time. Never ordering online again from this place, the 2nd time this has happened.

I frequent this location almost 2-3 times a week, sometimes more, and every other time.. there is something wrong with my order. It’s to the point I have to physically check my burger before I pull off. Well tonight, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t check my burger, got all the way home to find that my burger was completely wrong. I had to go all the way back up there and all I was offered was a remake of my burger. Never was I offered a refund or an entree card for a future visit, for THEIR mistake! To top it all off, the manager on duty (Kelly) blamed ME for THEIR f’up… saying it’s because of the way I ordered it online.. that was so rude of her to throw blame on the customer. They really need to train their team to READ and to have better customer service. They just hire anybody and anybody kid.
