Have been here several times over the years, and the food is always fresh! I bring my granddaughter and her friends to this one, since it has a nice, clean playroom. It’s better to come whenever it’s not rush hour, the drive through is always busy. Then you don’t have to wait as long for your food. The kiosks were down, but the cashier on the resister was helpful. She even made sure that our ice cream cone was in a cup, as I requested! I would have given a 5 star for service, but they always seem short staffed, which makes it take longer.

This place is a disaster. I feel bad for the poor guy managing, he looks dead inside, and I would too running this store. Never terribly busy, but looks like they’re slammed behind the counter, clueless employees that look like they could care less about there jobs, with not an ounce of urgency. All the kiosks broken, nobody takes your order until you’re standing there for a few minutes. McDonald’s as a whole has been in free fall for years, I don’t know how half of them stay open.

Have been here many times and the usual issues of not getting sauce or straws, which I now check. But today I did a mobile order for pickup and when I got home there was no patty in the burger! Tried to call and it rang until it made a fax machine noise. So now I will sit at the window and open my order to fully inspect it before driving off. I apologize in advance for your extended wait time in the drive though. But for $14 an hour you sold me able to put a burger on a hamburger!

Had to run to bank during my lunch hour this week and though I would do a quick trip through the McDonald’s drive thru on the way back to work. Tried to keep it simple and ordered a #9 combo meal ( 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink). Got to the pay window and paid the more than $10 tab. Pulled up to the next window and was handed my drink and dismissed by the lady working the window. Asked where the rest of the meal was and she was totally confused. Closed the window and disappeared for a few minutes. When she came back handed my a bag. I moved on as there were cars behind me. Two stoplights later opened the bag to discover no cheeseburgers but a large fry and a small fry. No cheeseburgers. Want to thank McDonald’s in reaffirming why it’s been more than a decade since I’ve eaten their food. And will never go back. Can’t even get a simple pre-canned combo meal right. It’s not rocket science folks.

The food is fine, it’s McDonald’s we are talking about…. But the service Inside is the worst!!! Drive thru isn’t too bad but that line do be longggggg some times but they keep it moving at a decent rate. Anyways like I was saying if you go inside to order it sucks! They take forever, there’s usually no one really working the front. It seems like there’s a lot of people working in the back but their main focus at this location is drive thru. When my kids want McDonald’s I go to Shalimar every time. The 2-3 mins difference in the drive is worth it to me every time because the service is 100x better hands down.

I had gotten an iced coffee at a McDonald’s down the road, and they forgot to put my sweetener in the bag. I didn’t want to have to turn around, so I stopped at the next McDonald’s where I asked for some Splenda and a small cup of ice since the ice had melted a bit on the drive. The man acted so suspicious of me and made me feel uncomfortable, and told me he couldn’t give me any ice without charging me. Which was fine that I would have to pay for ice, but there was no reason for him to act the way he was acting toward me.

Terrible service, dirty. Employees do not know what customer service means in the slightest. Decided to clean instead of taking our order while another employee looked at his phone and another employee was lost in the back somewhere for over 6 minutes while customers waited to even be greeted. The drive through customers waited for over 10 minutes for anyone to even help them let alone get their order. If my kids didn’t want ice cream i would have left.

They close at midnight. We pulled to the drive thru at a bit before 11:20. A female worker welcomed us and asked what we wanted to order then a male worker came on and said they were closed and only open until midnight on weekends except the site says midnight.

Wound up with two Dried sausage biscuits sandwiches. This wasn’t what I ordered.. NO RECEIPT IN THE BAG..
SO I CANT CANT RETURN THIS POOR QUALITY BREAKFAST…

Our meals altogether was 50 some dollars for two of us and we just ordered two big Macs. It ended up coming to $53 and something to big Mac meals and and two drinks and a soft drinks and a milkshake. A large vanilla milkshake come to $53 and something I give them $100 bill And when they give me change, they only give me like seven bucks change and when I called it when I got out of the parking lot and come back and called them. They said that they give me the correct change when they they didn’t. They didn’t only give me six or seven dollars when they owe me 4050 $52 and something.
