Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a plain burger with no ketchup and only onion and cheese. When I get my burger it had no onion so I went to the counter to adjust my order. When I did the staff got irritated at me as if it was my fault. When I did get back my order they put the littlest amount of onion on it. Never eating at this place again, I’d rather go to the burger king nearby.

Chicken was RAW!!!
I like McDonald’s, but this is crazy. 3 out of 4 chicken strips were still raw, uncooked.
They weren’t “McCrispy” at all.
Probably going to be a while before I go back. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from biting into it before I knew.

Happy meal:
Nuggets were hard and little on the burnt side
Milkshake was supposed to be chocolate was made vanilla
No toy
Medium strawberry milkshake: was vanilla
Fries: half cold half warm half burnt half soggy
Called to receive even HALF of our refund. Was offered for our meal to be replaced .
A little too late to replace a meal when people are on lunch break or a time limit. The order should be made correctly the first time. The mobile order was correct on our end. Your employees and management have been lazy on your end.

The girl taking my order was a little pushy almost , I mean it is fast food so I can understand to an extent but she literally handed me my sandwich (without my sauce I asked for on it ) that was apart of a whole meal I ordered and pretty much tried to rush me off with it without even realizing I hadn’t paid yet or been given the rest of my order. I’d definitely say at first I was not a fan of her or her attitude , but she got me everything I asked for and by the end of it I was very pleased with her. She was young and it was late so I can only imagine she was just done with the night and ready to go home but she seemed like a pleasant girl by the end of it.

They rang my order up wrong and I didn’t catch it till I got up to the window. I got that issue corrected after the lady said “you didn’t hear him read it back” and then I pull off and see I’m still missing 2 items that they wanted to argue with me about when I showed them my receipt they still had to take the bag and dig through it lol…

The food is OK and the quality is marginal at best. They didn’t have softdrinks available to order due to CO2 being out. There is no friendly service. It’s all just order from a kiosk, get a ticket printed, wait for someone to acknowledge you and finally take the ticket that was printed. Then wait for them to collect the items. Then they yell your number which was incorrect. I’d never been in a McDonald’s like that. Only 2 registers. The reason is the quality and service have precipitously dropped all while the prices have skyrocketed. 8 dollars for 2 hamburgers and a medium fry. I won’t do that anymore. Ridiculous. I believe John O’Connor owns Navy Blvd. That’s shocking knowing his history. In my experience his stores were typically very nice, clean, and friendly historically. Maybe they don’t own them or they simply just don’t care. Sad. I worked on Mobile Hwy, 9 Mile Rd, and Brent Lane back when they were corporate stores or Nerger’s Burgers stores in the late 80s.

The employee who took my order kept asking in a aggravated tone “is that all?” after every single item I asked for and then they gave me the wrong food and forgot my sauces. Their coffee also taste old. They have a lot of room for improvement.

It takes a LOT for me to leave a review anywhere. This McDonalds is the worst one I have ever been to. They will forget items from your order every single time. And the items they don’t forget will be soggy, cold, and nasty. Ordered here 3 times now and every time has been the same. Will never come back. Most recently ordered a “Big Breakfast with Hotcakes” and they forgot the hotcakes… so $8 for a soggy wet biscuit, 2 strips of bacon, and a disgusting tiny wet egg.

Honestly, that McDonald’s is the worst one around. If you want to get sick, eat there. A lot of NASP military personnel end up going straight to the hospital after eating something as simple as a McDouble from that location. The fries are always terrible, sometimes fresh, and have that pale yellow look.
And don’t even get me started on management if you know who’s running it, you would run the other way. If you really like that McDonald’s, go ahead, but don’t be surprised if you get sick afterward. They also have minors working there past their allowed hours and don’t let them leave on time. That frustration always seems to get taken out on the food.

Rude staff… Stood and waited at the counter for five minutes with multiple employees moving around without as much as a greeting.***Update*** the only reason I keep going here is because my 9 year old begs for it, so I’m an idiot. Anyway this time I ordered 4 large fries and I got four boxes that were barely over 1/2 full. Honestly it was maybe enough to fill two large fry boxes. Just sad****Update***my kid talked me into going back, and to my surprise the service was very good and so was the food! I will give them another try!
