This establishment has clearly dropped its standards both the quality of the food and the inattentive service. With so many other dining options available this location is a complete waste of time and money. When we mentioned the issue, the response was disappointing and nothing was done to rectify it.

Got a little hungry for a sweet snack. Got their small or mini M&M McFlurry for a reasonable price. What does a little confused at its new packaging. I don’t know why they change but it is a little awkward and does not protect the top very well from dripping. Regardless excellent customer service and we will return when next in the area for other food. Blessings for a 2026.

Waited 30 mins in a stall after I ordered.. for them to give me all wrong food. All I ordered was 5 sausage biscuits and 3 McMuffins. I received 3 chicken biscuits, 2 bacon egg biscuits, a McGriddle. And no jelly!!! When it clearly says 5 packets.
When you have starving kids that like what they like. This is unacceptable!!!!! I will be up there to get my refund and I made sure to keep photos and receipts!!

The Mid-Watch
If you come here you’re going to really need to Love McDonald’s because the efficiency at this place is horrible. Two experiences here and neither one was good. It’s not that food is bad although, I did have to ask for fresh fries after nearly ten minutes of waiting for an order.
It’s the customer service…1st experience was in the drive through. Literally nothing was said when I pulled up to the window. I thought she would tell me the total, say hello or something…nothing. Nothing but blank stare that was so awkward, I just handed her my card “here you go!”
The second time I went inside…the place is ran like a circus. Literally watched the drive through guy go outside to his car to hit a vape and come back in to fetch his phone so he could give a discount to the guys ordering at the kiosk who asked if they could use his employee discount.
The young lady at the counter was apparently friends with that group as well and was out front socializing with them when our order came up after 10 minutes. That’s where the rubbery cold fries came into to play…they sat in the bag while the sandwich was cooking according to the young lady at the front…she was very nice and replaced them but the place wasn’t even busy…honestly it just seems poorly supervised.

Came by for a quick breakfast and coffee on the way to an activity at 10am during off season. The service was so slow. The woman working the drive through can’t hear anyone and you hear people yelling to place an order. 2 biscuits, 2 hash browns, and 2 drinks were $20. How? Definitely not worth the cost with the quality

We placed an online order at this location tonight. After getting to the window, I had to wait 5min before someone finally came over. They immediately started handing me drinks, 2 of which were frozen cokes. After the 3rd 1, I finally had to ask for a drink tray since I was picking up by myself. A few minutes later, they brought the food & told me they were still waiting on the pies & asked me to pull to space 1. I sat there & watched multiple people go through the drive-thru & watched 2 people pull in beside me & get their food…all I was waiting for was 4 pies. After 12 minutes, she finally brought the pies out. I asked her if I could get the frozen drinks replaced since they had almost completely melted where I had been waiting so long & she acted aggravated. When she finally brought them back out, she hands them to me & says, “I’m sorry, but they overflowed.” She hands them to me with frozen coke pouring from the top of the lid down the side…no napkins. She could’ve very easily cleaned them up before bringing them out. After getting home & everyone getting their food, my boyfriend looks at me in disbelief. They didn’t even put a top bun on his chicken sandwich, and then when I poured my fries out, the pack was only half full. I have tried to call numerous times & it only rings once before someone hangs up on me.

the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. they kept handing me random things that i told them i did not order. take note i ordered through the app. i gave them the receipt to show them what i ordered and they still proceed to not know what i was talking about. at the speaker they literally notified me that my order was ready and correct. also my sandwich is so undercooked it should be a crime…

This is a nice location for a McDonald’s, right on the beach, near our room. The employee’s are hard working and the restroom was clean. Patio tables outside to enjoy the fresh Ocean Breeze.

we’re in PCB for the week, and with kids and on the move, we’ve been to this mcdonald’s drive thru several times this week. every time we’ve been there’s something wrong with the food and/or order. be sure to check the screen before you say everything’s good, and CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
