I think this is the best McDonald’s in the area. Every time I go here and then make the Big Mac perfect. I live on the beach and I drive to this McDonald’s because I think it’s better than the one on the beach. I went yesterday and I did run into a little bit of an issue. I spoke with the manager and it was handled appropriately. Mistakes happen and I really appreciate good customer service. This is hands down one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Food was hot and fresh. I think they might have been short staffed, but did the best they could. Staff was very friendly. The pull to the side to park and wait for the food was sort of awkward. Felt like someone was going to hit the staff bringing the food out of side swipe the car.

10:00 pm not busy, got cold fries and asked if we could get fresh ones. The girl threw the bag and got rude. They asked me to pull forward and I said I would sit at the window and wait for the fries because it doesn’t take that long. The girl was more worried about her time running up than making her customers happy. She went to the register and pulled out the money for a large fry and told us to take the money or move. We left. There’s no reason to get so upset over a timer. We won’t be going back to that McDonald’s.

My burger was obviously reheated in a microwave, Fry’s were also just warm, nowhere near hot and fresh. The entire chain is going down hill. Quality went out with the dollar menu. Sad!

This location really should be zero stars. The customer service here is absolutely terrible and employees are rude. My husband and I wanted to get breakfast obviously knowing they stop serving @ 10:30. We pulled into the drive thru & someone came on the speaker and asked us to wait one moment. While we were waiting they switched over the menus to lunch and came back to ask for our order. We had been sitting in the drive thru since before breakfast ended but because it was 10:30 when they finally got to us to order they wouldn’t allow us to order anything other than lunch. There was only 1 car ahead of us at the windows so they weren’t even “too busy” to take our order right away. Horrible customer service

The teenager taking the order at the front desk at this time is disrespectful and racist. After having a situation bc He couldn’t understand what I was ordering, he gave me the incomplete order and when I asked him again he told me he was on his break. Found out when I got home my order was TOTALLY wrong! Big difference between chicken and a burger! Cold yucky fries to boot! Got back in my car drove it back up there. Staff could’ve cared less . She asked if I wanted my money or wait for the order. I asked if they would comp for inconvenience and was quickly told no! When I got home my order was terrible! Cold overcooked burger! Typical fast food these days. Cashiers are distant at best. Necessities like napkins and jelly requested at the time the order takes place are given out as though they are the last condiments and napkins on earth. In the event of a spilled drink or jelly tumbling down a shirt I must make the one napkin given last for the cleanup and rest of my meal. I suppose straws are supposed to be requested these days also. Was a memorandum put all to all McDonald’s franchises to only issue one of each item requested. At least it was not like my last trip when I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no onions, and add bacon. I got home and my drink was a diet coke (not regular like I asked) and I had a bun, cheese, onions and no burger). Who orders a burger but leave off the burger? No one. I should have reviewed that visit but I suppose I am actually doing that now.
