The absolute worst fast food place in the panhandle. The employees are rude and they can’t even get a simple drive through order correct. I highly advise you not eat here. The burgers we got were not what we ordered, plus they were undercooked! Absolutely ridiculous!

As always when you spend a little precious time following the link so they can address the issue and make it right…. You hit a wall. Nothing.

Worst McDonald’s ever. If you aren’t delivering for Uber Eats, you don’t get served. I went in there to order only a shake. I waited about 20 minutes, and there was another guy in there longer than me. Three delivery people came I during that time and got their stuff. Then a girl came out to ask the guy that was there longer than me what he was waiting for. They had to look up his ticket in the system to see what the deal with it was. I walked up behind him and she asked what I was waiting on. I said a chocolate shake, to which she replied “oh, we can’t do shakes”. That would have been good information before I stood there for 20 minutes. I got my money back, and the other guy was still sitting there. Im not sure how things turned out for him. What happened to the days when McDonald’s got your food out in 5 minutes or less?

I have already contacted corporate about this but I’m leaving a review here as a warning to anyone who considers using this location.

I was already frustrated by this experience due to the length of time it took to receive our order (curbside) at 3 in the afternoon. We ordered a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a 6 piece nugget happy meal. It was 15 minutes and I had ordered on the app 15 minutes prior. They were not busy and there were no other curbside orders. The only positive was the employee who came out with the order. She was professional, friendly, and was kind to my 2-year-old.

I shared the cheeseburger with my toddler and after he took a small bite on one side he spit out what appears to be a piece of glove from a worker preparing the food. I am disgusted and appalled that my child almost ate that. I hope that this location takes more care in their food preparation moving forward.

We had to wait a while for our food and when we got it out drinks were not with it,this location does not have self service drinks,it took 10 more minutes to get those and they were wrong

I want to give a huge shout-out to the McDonald’s on 15th Street in Panama City, especially the manager, Keisha.
We were dealing with an overheating car situation — stressed, stuck, and just needing a moment to breathe — and this location opened their doors and treated us with real kindness and humanity. No attitude. No rush. Just genuine help when we needed it.
Keisha stepped up like a true leader. Calm, professional, compassionate, and clearly someone who understands that customer service is about people, not just orders. She turned what could’ve been a miserable situation into a bright spot in our day.
This is the kind of manager you want running a store — the kind who represents the brand the right way. If Keisha wants a promotion, she’s earned it. If she already has one, give her another. Employees like her are rare and should be recognized.
Thank you to Keisha and the entire 15th Street McDonald’s team for being decent human beings when it mattered most. We won’t forget it.

I pulled into drive thru at about 4:15pm 30th of December. The money window guy was not personable but he input the correct order. There was no happy feelings there. I drove to the food window. The young girl at the window could not let me know which of my drinks were coke or dr pepper. She said a machine made the drinks so she didn’t know which was coke or dr pepper. She should have known. She was not personable. There was no “have a nice day” or anything else spoken when I was given the food and drinks. I drove home and opened my order and found I didn’t get any packages of ketchup. I only received 2 straws for two shakes and 2 sodas. The food was excellent. There was almost no wait. This location needs a supervisor to teach customer service skills, attention to details like what drink is what or how many straws/ketchup packets to give and a pat on the back for good food taste and temperature.

This mcdonalds is a joke. Took 15 minutes to get a simple order. I tell them no cheese on my burger, even put it on the order. They still proceeded to put it on. However they did remake it, which took another 7 minutes. Not only this they gave me expired milk, which shows they are not rotating product. Do not recommend. Tried to call to rectify situation, manager has not been in. Seems rather convenient to me.

I ordered curbside pick up for breakfast. I arrived and immediately got a text that my food was ready. A few minutes later it started to sprinkle. I thought this might cause an issue with the delivery but the rain never got heavier. I sat there for a total of fifteen before checking my app to see they had placed my ordered as delivered but I never got it. So I went inside to see what was going on. As soon as I walked in the general manager ( GABBY) turned away from me put her head down on the counter and started shaking her head as if she was defeated. I assumed at this point she expected me to come in and make a fuss. Which means she knew my food had intentionally not been delivered. As I stood there for a few minutes she refused to acknowledge me. Another worker (NOT A MANAGER) came around the corner to asked if I had been helped. I explained the situation to her and she apologized stating that their system had not printed out my ticket. Mind you, I was the only car in curbside pick up the entire time I was there. So the ticket didn’t print but they couldn’t have walked out to check? I was never asked what I ordered. & my ticket “never printed” but she knew what food to bring me. As she sat the bag on the counter I reminded her how long I had sat out there and that I knew my food was cold. She asked the general manager for it to be remade and that’s when the general manager asked for one item in my bag to be remade. I vocalized that I ordered more than one item and the other worker (non manager) informed me that they had just finished the rest of the food so it wasn’t cold. How would that be the case of if I sat outside for 15 minutes after being told my food was ready? During this entire interaction with the worker the GM kept rolling her eyes and displaying a VERY OBVIOUS attitude. But never once interacted with me personally. My food was remade and I was very thankful to the worker that helped. Who clearly should be the manager of that store. I’m not sure who made this GABBY person GM but she clearly views customers as a burden and doesn’t even care to brush her wig and look appropriate at work. They need someone else running that place. If you can’t handle running a McDonald’s that’s on you. Stop taking it out on your customers and employees.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. Ten piece nuggets, large drink, large fry and a cheeseburger. Took them 20 minutes to bring the food out to me. I was starting to suspect them trying to wait me out. Wait for me to give up and go inside or go through the drive thru to grab my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s very frustrating. If you offer something for convenience, follow through on it.
