Was cool to see them making the glazed donuts and when we ordered some they were so fresh and soft. The specialty flavors were also great, my favorite being the cookies & cream. Better price than another place we were considering. The cashier was unsure of the answer to some of our questions about pricing.

I spent $30 on a to-go order, when I get home and open the box there’s a bigger doughnut stack on top of two others. So the frosting is ruined on the bottom two and the top doughnut has its frosting smeared on the box lid (see pictures). All the doughnuts are over baked, especially the glazed cinnamon roll. They’re dark brown and hard, including the glazed. It’s like they’re the day old doughnuts. I use to get great doughnuts from here, not sure what happened. I hope things get better for how expensive it is!

Pretty great place they have some of the best donuts always! You gotta come when the donut light is turned on outside so that you get the freshest donuts. It’s super cool to be able to watch them make donuts as well.Very kid friendly place and pretty well kept. Only complaint I have is they messed up our order and gave us only half of our donuts but they were willing to fix things real quick for us it just took a little extra time to get things worked out. Definitely recommend this place though!

Donuts are typically average (a bit too sweet for my taste and don’t normally frequent here. My favorite of theirs is the chocolate iced, custard filled – can’t go wrong with that one! Service was good.

Placed a pickup order and had an eta of 11:06. I show up at 11:26, 20 minutes after the eta and waited 5 minutes to get greeted while the employees finished their conversation. Just for them to have not even started my order. I’m usually pretty understanding of all things but when it was slow and me showing up 20+ minutes late giving them plenty of time was frustrating

Thoroughly disappointed in the chocolate iced cream filled donuts. Paying over $2 each I’d expect them to be filled. They were not. One had only a single bite with cream in the whole donut. The other was worse with almost no cream at all.

Made a mistake ordering the coffee here. I don’t really mind bitter coffee but the stuff they served me tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for hours. Otherwise the donuts were delicious!

I rarely visit Krispy Kreme, but when I do give in & go, I’m reminded why I rarely do. I go specifically for the white Kreme filled donuts (years ago, they used to be stuffed & actually good). Well, the ones I received today were stale & had such a tiny amount of Kreme I couldn’t even taste it. Original glazed donuts were good, though.

I kept coming back since they had free donut with vaccinated covid card campaign back month ago. I would stop by this Krispy Kreme to get assorted dozen of donuts whenever i went to Orem city. I ate half of dozens of those freshly hot and glazed mouth- watering donuts in the car.
If you’re lucky coming at the moment with “hot donut light” on, you’d get hot fresh donuts or else cold donuts but still taste delicious. I loved original and filled ones but glazed lemon filled donuts stood out. The reason I picked the glazed lemon filled because most glazed donuts were so sweet and little sour taste from lemon would balance out my taste.
Anyway, Krispy Kreme has best hot donuts, melt the sweet in your mouth. The originals and lemon filled are my favorite and little warning to all: so tempting to eat just one.
