If I could give a 0 star I would. I was with a person who ordered their breakfast at drive thru. The person that I was with checked the bag to make sure everything was ok..some lady said everything is in the bag and you better not order anything else. I told that person do not come to this particular McDonald’s anymore.Looking at the other reviews their customer service IS declining. Even though you should not be saying anything like this behind the customer back at least make sure your loud mouth is quiet enough so the customer can’t hear you! Just truly unprofessional! I know this review is not going to make a difference but I wanted to point that out. The job you have is customer service if you don’t like it then you should find another job.

Placed a mobile order here on 1/12 @12:11AM and had the worst interaction I’ve ever experienced. The employee was rudest person to have the displeasure of talking to she was impatient and disgusted by the fact that we had the audacity to ask how to get a refund for the food we so clearly were not gonna get after she said the system was down (of course it was beacuse something Is always broken there) We had just come from the emergency vet with our dog, and this turned an already difficult night into one I will unfortunately never forget we were met with pure attitude and straight up HATE. Completely unacceptable. If this is the standard here, management needs to step in immediately. Won’t be back and if you actually want to get the food you paid for you should just go to Taco Bell next door.

I am having a difficult time believing there was no sausage available this morning at the South Side location of McDonald’s. I specifically ordered two Sausage McGriddles, yet I received only two McGriddle buns—absolutely no meat. This is unacceptable. After going all the way home and lying down, I expected to enjoy a delicious breakfast, only to find a bag full of buns.
I am frustrated and annoyed because it seems nothing will be done to resolve this issue. I recognize that I should always check my order before leaving, but it’s incredibly disappointing to pay for a service that is not delivered, especially at a restaurant in my own community.
McDonald’s, you need to do better. I expect to receive every item I order. I work hard for my money, and when I pay for a meal, I expect to get what I’ve paid for. This may seem minor, but it significantly affected my breakfast, and now I have to spend additional money to buy something else.
This location is now under scrutiny until I can trust it again.

Not much to say, it’s a McDonald’s. However, the quality of service in several locations in this city has been declining over the past few years, this one included. Fully staffed restaurants taking 30-45 minutes to complete orders is awful by any standard.

The customer service is horrible, Food- Chicken sandwich had mayo covered the bread very sloppy. Manager was not polite at all didn’t say anything just took the food back and gave me a Spicy chicken instead. I can’t eat it do to my Blood pressure…. They are stealing the monopoly game cards from orders that are monopoly eligible items. I have received several old packaging for items that were specifically ordered for monopoly.

Whoever the guy, Was told his name was Tim, at the first window, he was very rude and rushed us while we were trying to order and then tried to make a joke out of it. There were bugs lover in the store and it was overall disgusting.

I stopped in the drive through on my way to work. Someone announced over the drive through speaker, “Wecolme to McDonalds, we’re too tired to take your order, but you can come inside and order from the kiosk.” I drove way. Ridiculous!

Customers lined up for food. One employee was cussing as their food seemed to take to long because they had only a short break.
On the plus side the manager was a tireless worker doing all she could to keep the business running.
