This place is beyond rude the night time shift is horrible every time I do a door dash I’m standing in the lobby for 20 mins being ignored ! Then I go too drive thru and they make me repeat my order 6 times still saying they can’t hear me acting as a joke all theses teenagers if you don’t want a job then why work at a place Costumers should be your number one priority but you treat us like 0 ! I am picking an order up for door dash and your order can’t do your part this looks real bad ! I will be contacting corporate! This is ridiculous

Use to love going to this McDonald’s, but lately their food has gone downhill on quite a few items. It is truly sad, and maybe they should think about bringing back super size again. Not many will agree with this, but seeing from the pictures, they may want rethink about going back to what they know. It truly is ashame that McDonald’s among other fast food places have lost their spark. Food definitely doesn’t taste like it use to. Also need to follow instructions when it comes to order online or going there.

This is the slowest McDonalds I might have ever been to. I’m not exaggerating, the whole point of McDonalds is convenience. It’s legitimately faster to go further down Argyle and hit the McDonalds 10 minutes away. A total management failure if your line doesn’t move for a full 15 minutes. Just do yourselves a favor and skip it, terrible location and no one cares.

Ordered a kids cheeseburger happy meal add mayo… I got no mayo.. (didn’t know that until I drove away) I asked for no ice.. and I got ice.. so I told them when they handed it to me and they dumped it out and refilled it.. & the cup was covered in soda

The food was made well and tasted great. The only problem was that they take there time to get your order. I was waiting with three cars and it took 23 minutes in the drive thru line. The prices were ok in post tariffs raises. I had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fry. Overall I would come back again but not when they are busy. There are other food options nearby like Wendy’s, burger king, and chick fil a. So you can get faster services and try somewhere else.

This used to be a warm, friendly place to go. They had an older lady who took care of the tables and cared for customer. It is all gone. The new format is cold, impersonal, and makes the customer feel like a number. Service is slow and the food I was served was warm but dry from sitting in a warming tray. Nothing was freshly cooked. However, unlike most new Micky D remodels, this one left a drink machine in the lobby. Other models do not have one and trying to get a refill from people who don’t care about customer service is slow and disconcerting. I mourn for the loss of personalization and friendliness. If you use the app and use deals the meals can be cheaper. Don’t order by the numbers, the prices are absurd.

Absolutely awful what has happened to this location. This used to be one of the best examples of a McDonald’s in Jax. It has now become one of the very worst. Soda machine turned off, only take out available almost all times of the day, filthy store,

I’m not sure what exactly the issue was but I ordered from the app. Drive thru was taking a while so we went inside. Get home and it looks like someone just slapped a burger together. So much mayonnaise.
