Worst McDonald’s in the villages! Had to wait on fries and they tasted like the were reheated not fresh at all!

As you guys can see sign on the door DINING ROOM HOURS Not the drive-through but the actual dining room hours. Clear as crystal on the door says 11 PM On both doors it is only 830 and I see chairs already put up and the doors are locked. And then I asked the lady at the drive-through tries to tell me it’s only open till nine But it was 830 and you have your doors locked. If it’s open till nine for the dining room, then you need to update your sign for the dining room hours.
But until then, if it says 11 PM, keep your doors open until 11 PM And if someone can put corporate number on here, I would greatly appreciate it so corporate can deal with the situation and get things squared away with this particular location. Because I do not approve false advertisement whatsoever And I definitely don’t feel like waiting in a long drive-through line if I don’t have to. Unacceptable get your act together do better

Okay, this is my second time here in 3 weeks and the service is STILL horrid..
First time I got sick off the food, had to run to the restroom and was stuck in there for half an hour.
This time I go in and get an order, the fries are hard as a rock, they’re hot, but they were fried for too long, normally I love McDonald’s, I love the fries and they are often the best I’ve ever had, but this location seems to have the worst selection in everything.
Ocala is fine, Belleview is okay, but this spot really takes the spot as the worst, I have ever had.

The window teller forgot my Big Mac had to go back. The were nice and hot but the burgers have gotten very small and of course look Nothing like their photos. I was catfished with food.

Really isnt that hard to take an order. I cant have tomatoes or ketchup so I ordered a double quarter pounder with no ketchup and add mayo and lettuce. How hard is it to make a burger with no ketchup. Continously problem with this place

Consistently have issues with this McDonald’s. Cold fries half full order, “lemonade” that’s just water even when I mentioned that it looked like water when receiving it, out of ice cream all the time, never give my kid the sauce for his nuggets, etc. I only come here for my kid and he’s fed up too. Ordered a large Grinch meal and got a medium fry and a large drink. Also ordered 2 kids meals on separate tickets to maximize the chances for different toys and we still got the same thing. This is not the first time we got the same toys either. Some toys you know what’s in it before and we ordered the meals on the same ticket and got the same ones. Same thing with the Grinch meals too. The biggest thing is consistent cold fries, cold burgers and same toys, it’s irritating and what sucks is this is the closest one to me. I will travel further to have a better McDonald’s. I would appreciate a reach out to get my future meals correct.
