With all due respect I have had a better experience at the Emergency Room than coming to this location. My wife, daughter and myself arrived at 1pm. We waited roughly 10mins to be seated (pretty standard), we were sat at our table by who i assumed to be the manager to which she proceeded to clean the table but missed the obviously filthy seats and left soon after. I asked a passing employee to clean off the rest of the booth to which she did (kudos to her). After waiting an additional 20mins and back and forth confusion between waitresses we were then seen and asked for our order. It wasnt until 30 mins later when we recieved only part of our order, mind you we have yet to recieve utensils to even eat said food (which we had asked for already as well as a high chair for our daughter). Meanwhile during this whole experience I noticed the manager as well as another employee eating/ drinking and conversing as many other tables were experiencing the same situation as us. One table was even there before us and havent even gotten their order taken and they were waiting for 2 HOURS! Finally around 2:15pm I called over our waitress and asked for the bill and to remove everything that wasnt recieved. She then scrapped the whole bill to which i greatly appreciated as i felt that was the only necessary thing to do considering the amount of time that was wasted and unprofessionalism/poor service given. We then finally left at 2:25pm. I would give zero stars if possible. Save yourself the time and sanity youre better off going to the Emergency Room and getting hospital food instead.

I had the pleasure of being served by Latrice at IHOP, and she was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a big smile and such a positive attitude. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always full, and checked in often to be sure everything was perfect.
What stood out the most was her friendliness and genuine care, she really made us feel welcome and valued as customers. The food was great, but Latrice truly made the experience memorable. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your waitress, you’ll be in great hands!

I loved my server/experience so much to the point I HAD to write a review. My server Ericka hit ALL of my expectations far as ( Customer Service , Her Pace & She went over & beyond ) My Food was excellent as well. I will ALWAYS choose this IHOP EVERY-TIME ; Just to have that type of hospitality. My server was TOP TIER especially with this store being short staff. She definitely ran the store to a tea. I definitely will be returning !!!!!!!! ☺️☺️

Each time I come to this location, I get a wonderful waitress, they are always kind patient and I get my meal in a timely manner. Although sceptical at first due to the location, I always find it clean; swept, tables clean and bathroom was clean and stocked. Sometimes, they seem understaffed but they get the job done for me. The atmosphere is quiet and calm when I go visit.

The Manager Tony has an awesome team!
As we entered, the first thing I noticed was how clean & sanitary the restaurant smelled.
Erin, our waitress, was kind and polite.
The food was delicious and well made.
Zavon, our busboy, was busy clearing tables, and working to keep the restaurant tidy.

Kia was a great hostess as this was my first time here since, they went under need management She was very nice and friendly, very personable and professional. She made sure my entire breakfast sit was comfortable. She handles her self very well with customers. I watched her with the other customers as well being the only waitress at the moment. She definitely made my visit to IHOPS a great one. Thanks KIA.
