Every time I drive through Stark I stop at this McDonalds. The food has never let me down or the customer service. This last visit they were busy and had to wait in the drive thru for a few extra minutes. But they were cranking out food and IT LOOKED AND TASTED AMAZING! My food look picture perfect and hit the spot! Please keep it up.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but today I’ll make an exception. My complaint starts a few weeks ago when they had their Grinch boxes. My daughter and I really wanted to try the pickle fries and to have the cute socks. We made an order online on the app and then drove across the street to get in line to pick it up. 1 hour later we made it to the window to receive our food. The lady at the window informed me that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food. After a short discussion, a manager was able to find my food and give it to me. I should have checked my bag, but the line behind me was so long and I was not wanting to hold them up any longer. We got home, the fries and the sauces were not in the bag!! I just wanted the pickle fries!!!
2nd issue came the other day when I brought my grand daughters to get a happy meal for ones birthday. Easy order, 2 happy meals, nuggets, fries, sauces drinks. I went through the line, got the order and this time pulled over to inspect. No sauces, no toys and no French fries. I went inside to get these items, was met with being ignored completely. Several employees saw me at the counter, where I was waiting patiently and quiet. After roughly 3/4 minutes, someone finally walked over. I told her the issue, she did rectify it, but said nothing. I did not want anything for free, nor did I raise my voice or show out. I guess I expected an apology at the very least. The customer service is seriously lacking. There is 1 woman who works there, and she is always so sweet. Usually at the window, always sweet and smiling.
I think that I’ll go to Mc Donald’s in Keystone Heights for now on.

It was horrible, waited in line 50min, literally.. get past the first window and WATCH the lady hand my order to the people infront of me, turns out that lady was higher than my electric bill, I refuse to believe otherwise . The way she was hyper flexing, had an attitude with me because I didnt want to move forward, nope im sorry I already waited damn near an hour and had my food given away.

Really over 20 for this rotten food. Green egg? Waiting had already ate most bf noticing. if I get sick law suite.

Mediocre McDonald’s. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some friendly workers, some who act bothered that you’re there. Ordered food and got home, my large fry was half empty, the fries were barely cooked, and my burger was smashed in. Disappointing. I’m giving two stars because the store is incredibly cleanly for a McDonald’s.

they prepare it to your likings, we ask for cook to order it was fresh made fried chicken sandwich meal, and a 10 piece nuggets, and a mocha frappé. It was really good. Till the next time.

Every restaurant in Starke, Florida has the worst customer service… The employees at this McDonald’s are awful, with the exception of a few older white women. They act like you are trying to scam them when you bring an incorrect order to be fixed.

Did a mobile order had to go in four times because order was wrong. Lady at the front counter was extremely polite, but the gentleman making the food was not. Got home and one of the sandwiches smelled and tasted rancid. Normally, this location is pretty good with service and food. But not tonight. Also, my husband tried to call, but phone was busy like it had been taken off the hook.

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 of the daily doubles which comes with lettuce tomato and onion and it’s a DISGUSTING shame they can’t even make a simple burger! My restaurant that I usually go to in Keystone Heights FL is way by far out does this pathetic starke McDonald’s! It’s a wonder the store isn’t closed and funny they never have ice cream mcflurrys or ice cream available it’s always not working or not serving it today! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spare your self and family the hassle of this Starke Fl location!!!!
