After out last visit Chris Gorman the Sr. Director of Operations apologized and made things right by offering a $50 gift card for a return visit. Even though I missed him on my visit I appreciate the timely phone call and his attention to detail even recalling the table we were at on our last visit. This time around the food was great came out fast and our server was attentive and made quite the difference! We recommend trying lucilles out the st Louis ribs were great!
(Old Visit)Came in for the Thursday brisket special and left extremely disappointed. From the service to the food. Once we were seated our waitress was slow to serve and when she did it was often too late to matter after waiting for a bit our food came out before biscuits we ordered and what was presented to us was a small portion of brisket that was so it was hard to pull apart to eat and some sides which were ok. After finishing eating we waited for our waitress but decided to pay the check with the kiosk while we waited for desert. After paying and waiting for desert our waitress came by to say she hadn’t entered the desert that was included in the Thursday special and wanted up to pay extra to get what we paid for! We decided to walk out without our desert. For $70 I expect a lot more.

February 24 2026 at about 1-1:30PM was my first time dining at Lucille’s. Im a lover of all things barbeque. This was the fasted and best service I’ve had at most restaurants. Dont mind the prices it is one hundred percent worth every penny and every bite. I believe my server was names chris and was very polite and an amazing server. Will return and with friends!!

Lucille is always a great restaurant. Amazing food. The service was kinda okay. Charlie is his name was the waiter and he’s was great just one part left out & that was the warm towels for our hands. He walk pass many times. But other than that food was great.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and a big part of it was thanks to Gretchen. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made us feel welcome right away and was always checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive.
Gretchen was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, which we truly enjoyed. Our food arrived on time, everything was correct, and any small request we had was handled quickly and with a smile.
Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really elevated our dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by Gretchen again. Highly recommended!

Good quality food, attentive service, our server was Chase. He is great! Special compliment to the manager. We asked our server about the oil vegetables were sautéed in. The manager came out to make sure we have no allergy to anything.

Tonight was my first time dining here. I had the 2 item combo, with pulled pork, beef brisket, loaded mashed potatoes, and sauteed vegetables.The brisket was very dry had to add bbq sauce just to make it enjoyable. My favorite of the combo was the pulled pork, super tasty, moist, and full of flavor. My Son had the 3 item combo with chicken, brisket and jalapeño sausage. The beans had just the right amount of spice. Our Server was Danny, He was super knowledgeable and on top of everything.

Lucille’s has decent food, pedestrian cocktails and mediocre service. The brisket burnt ends are sizable but not much flavor. Yet they have the best gumbo I’ve had in years. I had an amazing time here for lunch with my mom & aunt! The service was amazing & there was always someone coming to check on us, so we never had to flag anyone down if we needed something. I always love when the manager comes around to check on everyone as well! The food was SO GOOD! We all hadn’t been to Lucille’s in a hot minute, so coming back was everything we remembered and more! I had the St. Louis 1/2 rack ribs with coleslaw & brisket mac n’ cheese and I was STUFFED. My mom & aunt had the beef ribs which were HUGE & had corn, bbq beans, mashed potatoes, & coleslaw for sides! Can’t forget the amazing biscuits & apple butter so yummy!

I come here for happy hour on a regular basis. I want to give a shoutout to Adrian and Gretchen. They are super friendly, and always make time to chat with me in-between drink orders. Its really nice walking in and they greet me with a smile, and remember what I like to drink. Those two are an asset to your restaurant.
