The night shift at this location needs to be fired and a new crew brought in!
This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks Ive had to take my food back to the store. The first 2 times they gave me the wrong sandwich. This time they gave me a raw burger!
Thank god I didn’t give this to one of my children or they would be sick.
Thankfully I noticed it was raw after just one bite. The middle was cold and slimy which is to be expected with raw meat. The grills have timers. This is a great example of the night shift pulling up the grill hoods before the timer goes off. Waisted time, waisted money on gas going back and forth to the store, and waisted money on food.
I didn’t have being served a raw burger from McDonald on my bingo card.

Angela was so bright at the first window it just made my first visit of the week so pleasant! Then i go to the second window and jazmyn was there and she just radiated such kindness. She also made sure everything was in the bag for me and asked if i needed anything else, We need more workers like them. They must work so hard! Good service = tastier food and mood. Made my morning spectacular.

The trick to getting good quality here is to avoid the evening shift. Day shift is awesome. Go through the drive through so you can meet the wonderful Mrs Angela. She is a beautiful person and she is the reason that I do this location rather than the one on blanding as I’m out and about.

I went through the drive thru this evening, I asked for the 3 of the $5 dollar meal deals. The guy said ok, Mcchickens and I replied no 2 chicken and 1 double cheeseburger, Lincoln (the guy at the window and on the speaker) got extremely nasty with me and told me it was $6 not $5. I went to the window and he opened the window, told me to move up and slammed the window shut. His customer service is absolutely horrible. You can correct a customer in a nice way , not by saying oh my God and being nasty with me over it. We dont always order the meal deals. I didnt realize the cheeseburger one went up. It wasnt a big deal. The management at this location needs to train their associates better or hire ones that have respect for others.

This is the second Thursday in a row my order is missing significant items. Not only that, I strictly use the mobile app and on at least 2 occasions, someone at this store has used my PayPal information from the mobile app to purchase $55 of breakfast and $53 of lunch at THIS store on Henley. You seriously need to background and watch who you are hiring. This location has been going downhill since July. Incredibly disappointing, thought this location was going to do good for our area.

I’ve been working in the area for a few months my first visit I noticed every soap dispenser in the lobby and restroom was empty I inquired about it and got ab O OK! 3 months now and still empty? So I got to wonder are the employees washing their hands? I think I will find someplace else to eat!

My son opened his McCrispy and when he went to take his first bite. He pulled a long hair out of his mouth. So whoever is making the food at 3pm on 2/23/26 is NOT following food safety regulations. I usually disregard stuff but this is unacceptable.
