Last night around 9:30 PM, I arrived at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order. When I walked in, there were already four other customers at the side counter waiting for incorrect or missing orders, none of whom were being helped.
I asked one of the employees if they could check on my order. Instead of responding, she walked past me, grabbed a mop, and said, “They will get that for you.” Another employee looked at the bag that would eventually be mine, checked the receipt twice, walked around the kitchen, then came back and did it again — but still didn’t hand it to me.
By this point, several of us were clearly frustrated. After about ten minutes, a woman wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, slippers, and a dirty hat — no McDonald’s uniform or name tag — came up and claimed to be the manager. She had been sitting at a table the whole time while customers waited. When I showed her my phone with my order details, she actually tried to grab it from my hand and pull it around the counter. I stopped her and turned the screen toward her, and instead of helping me, she ignored me and helped the person behind me.
This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The lack of customer service, the disorganization, and the behavior of the supposed manager were unacceptable. I took photos for reference and will be forwarding them to corporate. I would not recommend ordering from this location.
Edit. I contacted McDonalds as instructed and because I’m a dasher, McDonalds won’t take responsibility and they want me to contact DoorDash support. Both the store and corporate have failed and won’t be reviewing any business from me in the future

This location is NEVER open like the hours say they are. On the weekdays 9:00 they are done. Weekends you better get there before 10:30. One time it was barely 10:30 and they were done. Tonight at 10:50 they were done. It’s never consistent. I guess the employees just do what they want and close when they want. Everyone is in there running up that clock but not a soul serving customers. Just hanging out, walking around and talking with each other while customers sit in the drive through lines wasting time when they are not even going to serve anyone. Won’t even let anyone know they are “closed”. And if the hours are different then great but CHANGE IT ON THE WINDOW AND THE WEBSITE!
On a side note, I will say that there are 2 ladies and 1 man on the night shift and 1 lady on morning shift that are absolutely amazing!

Drive thru lady was very nice. She needed change so I made change. The manager acted like it was a big deal to come open the drawer. I ordered 2 McGriddles, sausage biscuit meal and steak and cheese meal. McGriddles were correct everything else was wrong. Went back to change it. While waiting at the counter for anyone to acknowledge me, a young male employee walked by from behind the counter and never offered help. I had to holler to the back to get help. The supervisor, I guess is what he was, acted like it was an issue. 25.00 I could have spent elsewhere where customers are appreciated

When there to get a 6-piece nugget in order of fries through drive thru with one car in front of me I waited 10 minutes just to get to the window for them to tell me to pull up they were waiting on nuggets so 20 minutes corn nuggets that look and taste like all they did was drop them in the grease again and cold fries… Not the first have a good night sorry about your weight nothing just stuck his arm out the window and handed me a bag because by this point i had backed back up to the window to find out what was going on with my order…

Like any McDonald’s pretty much, slow service, have 10 people in one area running around each other and the ridiculously over priced for smaller portions of crap. My McDonald’s visits have declined to 2 or 3 visits a month not unless I am picking up a door dash delivery

I’m sorry to say that the management at this McDonald’s Establishment is Horrendous. I went to get an order of 20 piece McNuggets and a large water. When I reached the window they charged me around 12 dollars when the 20 piece is only 9 or 10 and I assumed they maybe charged for the water. It turns out they charged me for a Large Coke that I didn’t even ask for. Fortunately, a kind cashier who handed my food said I could try to talk with them inside. The food was amazing, but I wanted some of my money back. When I went to discuss this with them inside, I was purposefully ignored (I overheard) and stood for well over 10-15 minutes hoping to resolve this. No one spoke with me or the other customer who was waiting for his food inside. This establishment is sadly a disgrace and I am very disappointed. I will not return.

If I feel like eating McDonald’s, this is the one I come to. They always take care of me and my food is always good. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are nice which makes everything better. I want to give Elijah a shout out. He is an excellent employee with great customer service! He goes above and beyond to take care of guests and does it with a smile on his face. He seems so genuine. It doesn’t matter where you go, it’s about what you are doing and how you do it, being the best you can be. Keep it up!!
